I’ve been seeing Dr. Arora for more than a year and he is not only the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever seen, but he is also the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Dr. Arora is a very talented, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and compassionate physician. He is extremely warm, personable, and best of all, sincere. I have severe dry eye disease and am on prescription drops. But Dr. Arora wasn’t satisfied with my eyes being “ok.” He had a new technology that has made me so much more comfortable and my vision clearer. When I had new and disturbing floaters appear recently, Dr. Arora got me right in. He knew what the floaters were, but he also had photos taken of the interior of my eye to confirm the diagnosis. He then took the time to go over the photos with me and assured me my floaters were not a sign of a more serious condition. He explained everything going on with my eyes, as he does every time, with clear and concise language. You’ll always know and understand what is going on with your eye health and care. Such thoroughness is very comforting. Dr. Aurora’s office staff are extremely pleasant and friendly (shout out to Jennifer who is amazing!). It’s obvious they care a great deal about their patients. The office itself is beautiful and comfortable, with the most modern equipment. It’s obvious Dr. Arora put the comfort and care of his patients as a priority. You’ll never be in better hands than as a patient of Dr. Arora.

I have been visiting Arora Eye for a few times now for eye infection and my eyes are quite sensitive and dry. During each visits, Dr Arora would explain my condition and the course of treatment in a way that we could easily understand. The services provided was TOPNOTCH (to say the least) and I am super impressed with the care they provide to their patient. 100% recommended

Dr. Rios immediately identified my eye problem. Due to his expertise in radial keratotomy complications, he quickly provided a "bandaid" of a soft contact lens. I am so grateful to Dr. Rios because the open wound might have caused permanent cornea damage and/or the need for a corneal transplant. Again, Thank you Dr. Rios and his Resident in training, Armando for your excellent professional service to your patients.

Too many issues here. Once you’ve ordered a years worth of contacts they won’t order you more without a new exam. I whitewater kayak and raft and lose contacts frequently. Scheduling is a challenge as well. Went back and forth with the girl who answers the phone deciding between a 1p or 2p appointment. Landed on 2p. Showed up day of and they had me down for 1p. No one seemed to really care.

Eyes on Hayden, simply the best Optometry experience I've ever had in my life, and I've been wearing glasses for over 35 years. The staff are awesome, service is top notch. I can’t say enough good things about the Eye Lab. Dr. Shao really takes the time at each eye exam. She is super thorough and knowledgeable. I always feel confident I’m in great hands. I also love working with Hung. He’s great at helping you choose your eyewear whether it be one of their great brands of frames or various choices of contact lenses. And if there is ever a problem, they are fantastic at making it right and keep clear and constant communication along the way. You might even get to catch a kitty or two if you’re lucky. Dr. Shao has a love of cats and sometimes brings them in which makes the experience even better!! I also got to experience an eye treatment to help with dry eye which felt amazing. As well as a facial with the very sweet Diana. She has a great touch and has a wealth of knowledge in her field. I feel lucky that I found this place! They all make you feel welcome and like you’re part of their family. You will also get follow up check-ins to see how everything is going after picking up your glasses, contacts, or after having a treatment. There is so much to offer here. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the best experience! Dr. Shao is so nice and knowledgeable. She makes sure to go through every specific detail of the patient and we are so happy with the glasses we got! Hung was also really helpful and gave us lots of professional advices when we were choosing glasses. This is the best experience I can get from a vision exam!

I had a great experience at Eye Lab! Dr. Shao is a wonderful doctor that really cares about her patients, and Diana is an amazing aesthetician! Diana did my facial and walked me through everything she was doing step by step. She was very knowledgeable and really focused on my individual skin care needs. It was a great experience all around, and I can’t wait to come back!
