The whole experience was smooth, very professional, kind and courteous staff all around. The atmosphere is very comfortable and everyone makes you feel welcome. Great store with excellent customer service which is super rare these days.

Dr. McMullen is by far the nicest, kindest, warmest doctor I’ve ever had. He handpicks his entire staff to be lovely to interact with, polite, patient, and thoughtful. The entire experience from start to finish is so enjoyable; so much so that I look forward to my annual eye exam because of it! I suggest everyone I know to come here, and so far everyone agrees! He always has great rebates for the contacts I order and I love how they offer a recycling service in partnership with my daily contacts to recycle the used plastic packaging as well!

I just had the best experience with Fran! She is amazing at helping you find the frames for your face. She's always pleasant, and SO knowledgeable 10/10 highly recommend her. But to be fair, I've also followed her around the valley because of how great she is.

I've been seeing Dr. McMullen for 7 years now and he's the best optometrist I've ever had. He's very patient, thorough and most of all he really cares about his patients and his employees. I can't recommend him enough!

Dr Brems performed cataract surgery on me in November and December 2022. The results were excellent. I have 20/20 vision in each eye. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Why five stars? First, after cataract surgery my vision is now literally 20/20. Before the surgery, I had stopped driving at night because I could hardly see. Second, I appreciate that Dr. Goldman did not push the most expensive surgery. Instead he recommended a mid-priced surgery that he thought would work best for me. Third, I appreciate that he re-ordered some pre-surgery measurements when he was not satisfied with the accuracy of the original measurements. Finally, the surgery itself was virtually painless. After one eye, I took a couple of Advil; after the other eye, I didn't even need that.

I do not recommend both doctors. I came here twice, both times I waited for a long time.After all this waiting, when he came(dr.brems), he was in a hurry and did not allow me to talk or ask questions and first time with dr. Bates. The problem of my eyes was not solved and was not diagnosed

I've been seeing Dr Kessler and his team for probably close to 15 yrs or maybe more and they have consistently been reliable, punctual, kind and helpful. I am now married with a family and we all see Dr Kessler, I have also referred countless friends, family and clients to this practice. There has always been obvious continuity of care here, they aren't afraid to refer out to specialist as needed and have a very holistic approach to eye health. Dr Kessler is a very knowledgeable (the practice has been around since the mid 90s I believe) patient and kind. His staff is always polite and have helped me presently when I needed an unexpected appointment. The practice is clean and orderly and you can have your glasses fitted and made on location without feeling like you're paying 1000xs as much as you should. Fittings have always been very precise and they are so helpful with me (I'm so picky too, so I appreciate their patience every time). It's a very upbeat place too, you can feel it when speaking to employees and see it with decorations from clients and friends from over the years. I was referred to them by someone myself who couldn't say enough good things about them, so I feel a good amt of business comes to them from existing clients.

I really like this Eye Care Plus location. The staff is super friendly and professional. The office isn't crazy busy so it's easy to be noticed as soon as you enter. When I called to make appointments, we were scheduled within a week. Also, they are very helpful if you need to buy glasses, but they are not pushy about making you purchase or what you purchase. They work with insurance, but we didn't have insurance and they did not charge an exorbitant price.

I've been going here for over 20 years. The team, the invested equipment for your eye health, and Dr. Kessler has always been professional and enjoyable to go for eye exams or shop for glasses. Feels like a family spot, rather than being just a customer. They are always welcoming, even if I need an adjustment on my glasses. I highly recommend Eyecare Plus!

Dr Garcia is phenomenal. She diagnosed me with eye inflammation rather than Ectropion which another specialist in town said I had. He wanted to perform needless surgery.
