Horizon Eye owes my family money for cataract surgery that my uncle never received. They refuse to issue a refund and even told me not to contact them. So they keep money that doesn’t belong to them. This is not slander it’s the truth. Careful when dealing with them make sure all your ducks are in a row before you sign anything. Best advice I could give you when dealing with these people.

Dr Eisner , love him he is the best. Very patient and thorough, can't say enough about him. He has been my eye Dr for many years, he has done my cataract surgeries, and took such good care of me during and after. The staff is excellent also. Again the best.

I’m beyond frustrated with this company. I came in nearly 2 months ago to have my lenses replaced under warranty. They said the replacement lenses would be in in two weeks. A month later I called and was told their factory did not receive the order, and they would be in in a couple of days. TWO WEEKS LATER they notified me by text that my replacement lenses were in. FOUR PHONE CALLS. THREE VOICE MAILS ASKING FOR A CALL BACK AND NO RESPONSE. Guess where they can put the lenses. I’m going to a company that answers their phones and returns people’s phone calls. Update. Office manager: I will not be contacting you for you to remedy this. As far as I’m concerned you have had 12 weeks to remedy this. If you want to fix this then here are my suggestions: Teach your people to follow up with the factory. Teach your people to answer the phone Teach your people to return calls. Then maybe you will be on your way to retaining customers

Probably the worst experience I have ever encountered. I scheduled a PEDIATRIC eye exam; appointment time was 2:15pm and I checked in with my child at 2:14pm. We waited in the waiting room until 3pm before getting called back....46 MINUTES!!! After it was all over, we left the office at 4:45 pm. The posted business hours are from 8am-5pm. So essentially, my child's eye appointment was 2.5 hours...I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Choose a different doctor and office if you don't want to have to go to multiple appts. to get a prescription for the same contacts you've been wearing for 20+ years. Very very inconvenient.

Bad experience. Josie was supposed to call me after my moms surgery and did not call me at all my mom waited over 2 hours and did not eat before. To top it off she had to be taking medication but missed because she was waiting in a lobby with a patch on her eye! Like seriously ? I am her daughter offered to stay and they said no. Never again

Dr. Steinhauser and Dr. Epstein are simply the best! Extremely thorough and caring. My mother recommended to me many years ago, now I recommend all my family and loved ones. This office is like one big family. They return your call promptly and were always able to squeeze me in. They are never ever in a rush, and truly care about their patients. Dr. Epstein the dry eye Specialist is top notch too. Also very thorough and caring, and the only Dr. to get to the real root of my dry eye problem. Angelina the receptionist welcomes you the minute you open the door with a big smile. She is always welcoming, caring, and very helpful, and on top of everything. Thank you Phoenix Eye Care!
