Dr. Reed and his office staff are great! They are always helpful and courteous. Making appointments is easy and reminders are always sent just before your appointment. Waiting times have always been brief. Eye exams are complete and thorough. Dr. Reed does your exam according to what is needed. He is thoughtful and knowledgeable. I feel that my eye care is being done by someone who is exceptional. I would give Dr. Reed 10 stars if I could because I highly recommend him and his office.

Dr Reed does a thorough exam and answers any questions you may have. Front desk is organized. Employees who help pick out and order glasses are the best I have encounter in my 50 years of wearing glasses.

I love Dr.Reeds office. His staff is always patient and very helpful. Kathy is sweet and so efficient. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond.

My visit to Becken Vision was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very efficient, professional, and personable. The Doctor took the time to give a thorough examination of my eyes, and also searched to find my insurance coverage which saved me a considerable amount of money. They have a wonderful selection of frames in all price ranges and styles. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Becken is awesome! My husband and I have been patients of his for 6-7 years. He recently squeezed me in when I accidently scratched one of my eyes. It was the quickest Doctors appointments I have ever enjoyed. In and out, and some eye drops to help my eye. He is the best!!

The new doctor is a clock-watcher! He is more concerned about leaving then giving great one-on-one customer service even down to the last appointment. I got eye drops for dilation and maybe 3 or 5 minutes later he did the exam. I could tell my eyes were not ready. I get it done every year for the past 5 years. The doctor is nice and did a good job. The staff is friendly and maybe it was because I was the last appointment for the day.

I HIGHLY recommend Q Vision to anyone needing LASIK! The entire staff is kind and honest and they take care to listen to concerns and answer all my questions. The procedure was easy and the doctor talked me through all of it as we were going. Recovery (I'm day 1 post op) has been easy and I can already see clearly!!!

Elena really went above and beyond. I had an emergency and she was able to see me immediately. She even personally called several offices to get the specialist that I needed for my surgery. She truly cares about her patients and their wellbeing. Highly recommend.
