Very quick and convenient but also people there took time to work with me and my questions on literally everything. It was my very first eye exam and glasses , I am 34. Amazing work and I do love my glasses! I laid 100$ for all the tests and two glasses! The price was amazing

Eyeglass world did an amazing job on my glasses and the deals were amazing! I was helped by Jordan she did an excellent job explaining things to me to help me make a decision on my glasses! I’d definitely recommend eyeglass world to more future customers!

We had a great experience. Dr. O'Neil is extremely knowledgeable, the office staff were very friendly and scheduling with them was a breeze. Highly recommend this location. Update: Dr. O'Neil does amazing work. My son's eyes are night and day different after his surgery. We were nervous but are 100% satisfied and our toddler seems so much happier now!

Dr. O'Neil is a great surgeon and has great "bedside manners"...very important to our family when choosing a provider. Nurse Elvia and Medical Assistant Michelle have great customer service. Location is near the US-60, easy to get to from Baseline turning on to Vineyard. Our child is comfortable every visit (well, no one likes eye dilation drops) and leaves happy with a lollipop. The office is clean, colorful, and had TVs to occupy the kids...even in the exam rooms.

My son had a referral put in back in March. They were booked out for a month. That appointment was re-scheduled 2 months out due to COVID-19. We showed up for his long awaited appointment today and were told it was cancelled even after I called to confirm the appointment. I waited 20 minutes to be notified they are booked out until October and suggested I call back regularly to see if there are any cancellations to get in sooner.

The woman at the front desk is the worst kind of B!! She is rude to the patients, and even worse when you leave she continues to insult you to all the people in the waiting room. Don’t even try and ask her a question she will disrespect you and belittle you. I have heard her do this to several people when I have taken my elderly mother to this office! She should be fired! I don’t care how nice she believes her nails look! If you can’t be nice to older people you are a monster! And she is the worst kind of bully!

I needed contacts since my glasses were broken and I didn't want to have them show up in my wedding photos. Within a week I was able to get my eye exam and contacts appointment taken care of, the latter being the morning of my wedding. The service here was amazing and the cost was very affordable.

I had a great experience at this location. Susy (sp) is awesome! She is very kind, knowledgeable, patient. She help me by working her knowledge until I got a better cost number. She was truthful when picking out glasses. I never feel happy about wearing glasses but she changed my mind, That being said, I wanted to praise Susy (sp) for her work!
