My entire experience with this office and staff was wonderful. Dr Cohen is amazing! He was extremely thorough in figuring out my issue. He’s also very kind & caring. He took time to reach out & check how I was feeling. Wish he could be my primary doctor!

I would like to thank Dr.Brems and the office staff at Arizona Eye Specialist for removing my cataracts and restoring my vision. My left eye was 20-50, and my right was 20-40. They just completed my right eye; it was blurry at first, but after a couple of days, the right eye is clear enough to not were my glasses. I can't wait till they fix the left eye in another 2 weeks. I should be able to throw my glasses away. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. I recommend them highly.

Father had cataract surgery on both eyes... Both visits were kind, friendly, efficient and professional. They asked over and over again which eye they will be working on, marked the eye, bandaged the other eye... They took no chances for error. They gave him a business size reference card pertaining to his cataract surgery and lens/implant information. Plenty of parking in shade for patients... Or nearby. Chairs and waiting room. It"s not ideal for a larger person but does accommodate most. Picking up a patient is left of the main door (from the outside) just drive up, go inside and let them know you're there, and off you go.

Be aware that there are 14 surgeons and no scheduling system. The scheduler has to call each individual doctor to get an appointment. I'll let the reader decide if this is a patient centered system you want to work with. She said she will call me back after getting in touch with all 14 doctors. I will update this review if I ever get any actual care. I did get a better response from my web inquiry which was addressed by the call center, which scheduled me with Dr. Brems on Feb. 24, more than a month away. I need to have the surgery by March, so I do not know if this will work out.

Busy Saturday! I walked in and was greeted by Patrice and I asked if she could replace my missing nose guard and the other. She took the glasses turned around and had them back to me in less than five mins. Great job! Nice to see good customer service these days.

LensCrafters went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my eyeglasses are just right for me. They are wonderful people to work with. I have gone here for years and would highly recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you for being there!

This place is so beautiful and amazing! The selection is next level and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I've never been to a LensCrafters before and it's the only place I'll ever be going for glasses now! The girl with the gold glasses and dark hair, I wish I could remember her name, was so friendly and kind. As a stay at home Mom I don't get out much and don't get much adult interaction so it was very nice and refreshing to be treated so kindly and to have good conversation. She quickly helped me find frames that I absolutely love and helped me through the process with such poise. I left so happy and relieved and with a great feeling and more energy. Please tell her thank you, she made my day much better. So go here if you want high class service, an awesome selection, and a good time. Update: just looked at my receipt and her name is Jannie! Thank you so much Jannie!

What an amazing experience. The customer service was great and they seemed super busy. The doctor that did my eye exam was very nice. I think it was Dr. Nelson. His assistant that checked me in and did the pre-screening check was very friendly. I liked that she called me in advance of my appointment to share with me that I had some paperwork waiting to fill out that they emailed me. That would have not been completed if she didn’t make that call. Bella was my salesperson. Very low-key and not pushy at all. The way she handled things made me want to buy some kind of upgrade since I was going with the “two for $89.00” special. I got the anti-glare put on both. The whole reason I came in was because my glasses broke and I was due for a new exam anyways. Seeing how they were broken, I asked if there was any way I could get at least one of those pairs on the same day. She checked and even though it was 3:30 and they close at 6 on Saturday, they agreed to do one. What was really nice of them was that they went ahead and did both so I didn’t have to come back. The customer service here is unbelievable and I’m happy I chose them again.

My first experience at Eyeglsss World was absolutely amazing 👏 💯 Let's start with the fact that you can get your glass the same day!! (Most cases from my understand) I did!! 😁 Next, the selection of glasses 👓 🕶 not just the Brands but also SIZES 👌 Very Impressive!! Last, but definitely mostly Important, (Please forgive 🙏 me, you all know who you are, I don't recall everyone's names) The Incredible staff, being greeted as soon as I walk into the door, to the amazing gentleman who showed me around and & was so kind to give a little advice/opinion On my selection, the awesome woman who help me finalize my options on glass, very good w/upselling 🤣 but worth every $ & the Craftsmen himself for doing fantastic work!! I highly recommend stopping in and checking them out!!

Carol and Ian were the most genuine, nice, helpful people here at eyeglass world. They listened to me and understood I was in a rush to get my glasses and they were so kind and generous to work fast for me and get me them in less than an hour. I highly recommend this eyeglass world off the 60 and power!!! Carol and Ian are the best!
