I was referred to Dr Kao by my eye doctor because both of my corneas were swollen. He performed a tissue transplant and cataract removal on my right eye and it was a huge success. I will be having the left one done in January. The staff is friendly and the wait isn't long. Dr Kao took his time explaining the surgery process and answering my questions. I would highly recommend them.

The lack of empathy and professionalism at this office is absurd! My MIL waited for over an hour and a half to be seen yesterday! There were multiple people scheduled at the same time to be seen. The majority of the staff were rude and careless. I even witnessed a dr belittle an employee and rip paperwork from her hand in front of other employees and patients. Their entire staff appeared to be seriously overwhelmed. (Probably due to overbooking) The patient care was aweful even by the doctors and it clearly shows that they work for a paycheck instead of the true well being of the patient. treatment from the doctors onto the staff was completely disgusting to watch! My MIL will never return to that office and I will never recommend your office to anyone!

Dr. Nirenberg and his team have provided patient care to myself and family for more than 20 years. When an issue has arisen, be it medical or misunderstandings with a third party, he and his team have addressed it and been transparent with their patients.

I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit to the optometrist. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. I have had difficulty for years getting the correct prescription for my multi focal contacts. Dr. Janousek went out his way when every other Dr has told me it was just my eyes. My eyesight is now perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this optometrist and their dedicated team to anyone seeking eye care services. Thank you for your exceptional care!

Would not recommend. Messed up my prescription. Instead of owning up to the mistake and correcting it, the Dr said my prescription (the one he gave me) is right but I'm not used to it being blurry because my previous prescription is stronger. Makes no sense to me why having blurry vision with glasses on is correct. I think it's important to be able to see clearly especially when driving or when your job requires precise details. After this second visit I left with my second prescription. When I went to reorder glasses for the second time there was another mistake in the prescription. The cyl number was not on there. Called to talk to the tech to clarify what that number should be. She emailed me my prescription and it was completely different from the one I got during my second visit. Hopefully the new Rx is correct. Definitely won't be going back.

The staff was wonderful, the service was fine. However, I arrived at 1:52pm with both my kids for a 2pm appointment. I finished the new patient paperwork by 2:04pm. I didn’t get pulled into the patient testing room UNTIL 3PM. The actual appt was only 20 min, but making me wait that long was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Never going back to this place, I’ll find a new eye doctor.

👁️ Had an incredible experience at Arizona Red Mountain Eyecare! Dr. Stephanie Pilcher provided me with the best eye checkup I've ever had. The whole team was fantastic - not only professional but also fun! 😄 📋 What I really appreciated was the user-friendly iPad they provided for paperwork. It made the process so smooth! And to top it off, I ended up only paying $10 for my glasses/visit, thanks to my insurance. Keep in mind, your experience might differ based on your insurance. 👓 Needless to say, I'm definitely returning to see Dr. Pilcher in the future. She's amazing! P.S. Dr.Olsen and staff are amazing! I was with another eye Dr for years and I was just not seeing well and not being given any other options. I have a very high prescription. Dr. Olsen has spent time with me at a few visits perfecting my vision with a new type of lense. I haven't seen this well in years. Everyone at this office is wonderful and so friendly. I highly recommend this office!

Dr Olsen and his staff were amazing. I needed someone to see my four year old and he didn’t hesitate to help. Very professional and fun and helped the kids feel comfortable. We were in an out with minimal waiting. We are grateful we found this place. Oh…. And lots of glasses options on site which my last place did not have.

I'm generally into my appointment process on time, but if not, it's because they are giving another patient the time they need to complete their appointment processes. Which is the same courtesy they will show me. Excellence is the key word for all they do... doctors, associates, support staff, etc. The office is clean and the check in portals are easy to use. I am a type 1 diabetic since I was ll, and I'm 77 now with no diabetic complications. They help me take good care of my eyes. They're just good people who you can trust.

Doctors are great, scheduling not so much. This is the second time that my wait time to schedule surgery is taking forever to accomplish. I was brought to a waiting room, told to wait for someone to come out for scheduling, and have been here going on an hour now. I understand patience, however what is the deal here? Can we not at least communicate a long wait and/or schedule an appointment to schedule the surgery? This is awful as I am supposed to go back to work today and am sitting here waiting indefinitely. Follow up, schedulers were not even in today...not good at all.
