Great facility. I always feel heard by the Doctors here. You have to sign in on the kiosk and I don’t like that. Some of the front desk employees are nice and as usual you can get one who’s too busy. But all in all the technicians and my check out person were all great!!

I had a pressure check with Dr. Pugh. The entire staff was very competent and professional! While it takes me about 45 minutes to get there, I always feel like it's time well spent, as the service and treatment I receive is excellent! I highly recommend Southwestern Eye Center. I've had pigmentary glaucoma for about 50 years and have been to many different facilities during my 70 years of age, and SEC is close to the top for me in all areas.

I was very comfortable and satisfied with the care I was given.from the front desk on up to the doctor. So many places anymore treat you like you're a number but here they treat you almost like family. It was my first visit there and I was treated like I'd been going there for years. Thank you very much Southwestern Eye Center, Dr.Pugh and his assistant whose name escapes me I'm sorry... .

The technician who measured my cornea was wound up a little too tight for me. I know it is a busy office but their employees need to be a little more compassionate. On the other hand, the woman who helped with all of my finances, was very pleasant.

Dr Hanson was very professional and personable. Really appreciated her professional opinion. Would say the office has a scheduling issue as they were running over 30 minutes late when we arrived for our appointment. Would have suggested a courtesy text advising of a delay. In visiting with another patient in the waiting room, he had been waiting over 4o minutes. Doctor and services provided were top notch.

Previous visits went well. Last week, I had a negative experience. I was told I needed one more quick visit post-op. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and was concerned to be told they had a new system, so I had to present confidential information all over again. I am concerned now that they may have been hacked and that is why they have a new system. I was seen recently and they had all my information on file. This seemed odd. I waited for 70 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I arrived at 3:10 and wasn't done until about 4:45, when it appeared I may have been the last patient in the office. And they started doing several tests I had pre-operatively. Then, the assistant asked if this was my first time in, and I told her absolutely not, that I had two surgeries in that office. I asked about the tests she was doing and she was said she was doing the wrong tests. Once I was seen, they told me they had to dilate my eyes. Had I known, I would have had a ride so I didn't need to drive home after dilation. It feels like once I paid for the surgeries, their quality of patient care and communication with me as a patient sharply decreased. I am very, very disappointed with this last visit.

THE best eye doctors and staff I’ve ever encountered.I had a complete Cataract Surgery on both eyes and it went so smoothly and incredibly NO worries or pain. I love this wonderful facility. 5 Stars to you all. ❤️

The doctor is very nice. He is an independent merchant so he's not employed by Walmart. He isn't very talkative but he is quite professional, kind and thorough with his exams. The staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Deborah scheduled an appt for another person in my family and I noticed her struggling with their new system. Deborah is an older woman and I could see her frustration however, she was so nice and apologetic about the time it took her to navigate her way through the new system. The appointment was set for the 17th but she verbally expressed the 10th. My mistake was not verifying the appointment date and time before coming in. Today when I went in at 10, I was met with Danielle or Daniella. From the start she wasn't friendly. Days before I had been in and I witnessed her interaction with Deborah and I felt Daniella was ageist against Deborah. I also noticed Daniella's interaction with an older customer which wasn't very nice but again, ageist. She was flirty with younger men but kind of rude to older women. Upon interacting with Daniella today, I felt she approaches people with the need to push blame and point out mistakes. While I owned my mistake she was not at all empathetic with the mixup. I didn't expect an apology but empathy and sympathy. I will be calling the corporate office with this complaint as I discussed it with a family member who recently had an interaction with this woman and they also witnessed the same hateful behavior. There is no room for this type of behavior while working with the public. Side note: stock is limited and the office isn't very clean.

The doctor is very friendly and informative he was great , the lady in the front with blonde hair that speaks Spanish is rude doesn’t give correct information . Asked her questions and she just gave a blank stare . Wouldn’t recommend going to her specifically.

I picked glass that they had for display. She took my sons measurements and all. Just so she could tell me at the end that she couldn’t ring those up and she didn’t know why those were out. I feel as if she kept putting excuses. I got irritated and just left as soon as I got up she closed the store. Which made sense to me of why she was being nasty. She wanted to go home.

DR. Chen was horrible, he didn't listen to any of my Eye concerns that effect my daily life, Actually, he didn't care!!!! All he wanted to do is get rid of me quickly. He was more concerned about my mask sliding down a little. He is very rude & I would advise any one to proceed with caution. The worst Doctor I have ever encountered! I had to give a Star that he doesn't deserve. This was a 50 mile roundtrip for me to boot!
