I've seen Dr. Chen a few times and he's always been great. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and always answers my questions.

I ordered and paid in full for two pair of glasses from Vision Wellness in the Verrado neighborhood in early November. One month later I received an EyeMed (never heard of them) billing document that said I owed "Lee, Adam J." $877.40 for charges related to those eyeglasses. Never saw the guy, walked in with a recent Rx, so I didn't need to see an optometrist. Whoever he is, Vision Wellness is tied into him, and he's sending out fraudulent mail claiming "What you owe to Provider LEE, ADAM J." At the upper right of this document, which looks exactly like most Explanation of Benefits sent out by many insurers, and just below that EOB line, is another that's indented and trying to hide; it says: This is Not a Bill. It's easy to miss. The details and date could only have come from Vision Wellness. They are in bed with Adam J. Lee, and he tried to get me to pay for service(s) not rendered. The eyeglasses provided by Vision Wellness are good.

Asked them to check my glasses to see if correct prescription in right lens, their prescription, glasses from visionworks. They refused, said to have visionworkes check it. Not so sure visionworks would own up to incorrectly filling the prescription. This happened several years ago and their office did check my glasses, and told me they were incorrectly made. That's why I came back to my prescribing office to verify my glasses match my prescription. So now i have to have an eye exam, not covered, just to see if changes in my eye, or the lens is incorrect.

I visited Dr. Hwang Office for cataract evaluation. I find the facility spotless and inviting. I was called in within 10 minutes from the appointment time. The assistant was very friendly and very knowledgeable and very helpful. The office is very well equipped with the latest technology, tools and diagnostic equipments. Dr. Hwang was very professional very informative. He ordered more tests to see if he can perform a dual surgery which would treat my glaucoma as well as my cataract. I highly recommend it this institute for all your eye problems need. Surprisingly Dr. Hwang knew my eye doctor ( Dr. Singh) back 15 years ago who performed Laser procedure for treating my glaucoma. Also knew my glaucoma specialist (Dr. Perry Gabriel). These facts did gave me great confidence which meant a lot to me. I’m looking forward to my next visit

Dr Hwang is a very caring and professional doctor. His optical services are to be rated at the top. He is the best in my book

Genifer I believe was the young ladies name , was very rude with such a condescending attitude. Horrible , should not be working a job with customers. The lady who helped us order the glasses didn't have a name tag but she was wonderful !! Lady with curly hair , sorry I didn't get her name. So nice and very knowledgeable. Please keep her around and boot the other lady with the attitude .

Vianci L. provided some amazing customer service this evening. She went above and beyond to help me repair my glasses, order new contacts and apply a coupon I had. Ever since the “Plandemic” happened, I’ve notice customer service went into the toilet. Thank you Vianci for your time, advice, and integrity.

Staff here is great. Always friendly and helpful. Elizabeth is especially good at what she does. She offered many options for me to choose from and shared pros and cons on what I was planning on getting. She got me out in a timely manner.

I've been going to West Valley vision Center for years. Dr Moore is amazing and has helped me through a very serious eye issue that I have. She may referrals to Midwestern University which was life-changing. So sorry to see that she is leaving the agency. Will miss her dearly.
