Let me just say I’ve been to numerous eye doctors back home in Alaska and have never gotten this amazing service and care till now! I went down to visit my daughter for the summer in Arizona and realized I was due for new glasses. Keep in the mind, in the past I’ve always opted for cheaper brands because I thought what’s the difference, they are all made the same right? I admit I was so wrong! Dr. Sharma and the rest of the staff was so pleasant, kind, quick and efficient and very very knowledgeable. I want to give a shout-out to the tech Jaime who explained the different types of materials and lenses in each glasses, he was very thorough and very knowledgeable. I’ve been wearing these glasses for almost a year and they are the best! I no longer have headaches and strain to see, my glasses are comfortable and very clear compared to my normal cheaper ones. I’m so grateful for this staff and practice! Till next time! I will see you guys again!

Amazing experience with the team at Experts on Sight. It has been several years since my last exam, and being new to the area I was nervous in changing all my providers. I could not be any more thrilled with my time at the practice and with Dr. Sharma. Very thorough exam and Dr. Shama is very thoughtful in walking you through the exam and also taking the time to learn more about you personally. Would absolutely refer friends and family (and strangers) to Experts on Sight. Can’t wait for my new stylish eye glasses!

Dr. Terauchi and staff are very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. The Dr. has Saturday appointments which are very convenient. The office is very efficient with getting you an appointment and the Dr. is on time for her appointments. The optician was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me helping me pick out glasses and explaining everything to me. I will definitely recommend this doctor. Excellent service!

Dr. Islam is super friendly and efficient. The entire staff has been extremely friendly and helpful on every visit. They make everything easy, from scheduling your initial appointment to picking up glasses to working with your insurance company. They go out of their way to do a thorough eye exam, they have a huge selection of frames and lens offerings. Honestly, the best experience I've had with an eye doc. I am also very happy with my glasses. I highly recommend the super nice folks at Accurate Family Vision.

Staff is professional and treat me with respect; not like a number. Check in is welcoming and personalized by a human versus an electronic check in like other places. Doctor Islam was interested in my questions and provided answers as needed. I wish her the best with the new baby! Amy did a great job enthusiastically explaining my options for glasses and gave me the best recommendations from her 24 years of experience. Overall, I highly recommend Accurate Family Vision, my family will be back!

I've been twice for eye exams. Each time I felt like I was being over diagnosed. I guess true to the name Accurate. First time I was sent to a specialist with suspicion of glaucoma which was not accurate ($300 later). The second time there was suspicion of possible stroke or some other disease. I am over 65 and well aware of these possibilities. I have my eyes checked yearly along with other wellness checks. I did have cataract and scare tissue removed this year. Successfully. I will say the establishment is beautiful and the staff very professional and friendly. I just feel like I'm on death's door when I leave after appointment. Not sure if I will return.
