We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Falcon and her office. We started seeing her when my daughter was 4 and having to start with glasses and using an eye patch to better her vision. We’ve been seeing her for six years now, and although we moved out of state, we try to get eye appointments in with her when we come back to Arizona’s because we trust her so much. We all appreciate her positivity, expertise, and genuine interest in our kids and their eye health. Her office staff is also so helpful and kind when I call in, and efficient in-office.

Dr Falcone is fabulous I’ve referred friends to her. However I am not satisfied with the lab and warrant for glasses. My first pair had a stress fracture obviously not measured correctly by the lab. Fair enough they were replaced but her warrant was fir one year and my glasses had the same issue So I’m stuck with them. I don’t feel the lab remeasured any differently I’m thinking they just put in the same as before. Frustrating to pay so much and have the same issue exactly as the prior. I would never buy glasses there again but I trust her dr skills very much

Clerk couldn’t even bother looking for my insurance info for my second insurance…too busy worrying about collecting my copayments for my primary insurance. Will never go there again and I will advance to stay away; worse customer service ever experienced!!

Had a great experience. I went in to grab some new glasses and It turned out my prescription was expired, but they were able to get me in for an eye exam in only a few minutes, and was able to order new glasses the same day. I appreciate that they value the time of their customers, as the whole process lasted under an hour!

Visionworks is truly lucky to have Jalynn as an employee. She is always compassionate, more than willing to help in any way, and she always greated me with a kind work and a smile. Thank you Jalynn for being so amazing!!

Dr. Wagner and his staff are excellent. I have barely waited 5 minutes for any appointment or service. Everyone is professional, friendly, and efficient. And I appreciate how Cindy expertly "tunes up" my crooked frames when needed.

Dr Wagner is great - takes his time and explains everything. I needed to see another eye specialist and the one he recommended is booking for May (it’s Nov now).

This was my first visit with Wagner Eyecare, thank you Dr. Paul Wagner for taking time examining and explaining thoroughly what was going on within my eyes. I hadn’t have my eyes exam for such a long time, I truly appreciated this lengthy professional eye exam process I went through . The front office were welcoming and helpful! I was very happy that I didn’t cancel my appointment. I am very excited to receive such useful informations regarding my vision and looking forward to seeing better with my new prescription glasses .

Dr Bailey and his staff are the most sincere, thorough, team of people for all your eye care needs! I have been a patient for over 12 years. They have the most up to date technology that really modernizes the office! The tests are so accurate and really help alleviate old school tests that create inconveniences, like being dilated! I have always had the best care! Dr Bailey is also great at helping put your mind at ease l. Just recently I had a horrible eye pain, Dr B was able to see me immediately take images and reassure me nothing serious was wrong! I appreciate that so much with a bad family history. I can’t say enough great things about this office and the care I’ve received. Another great thing is, he is great with children as well! They will always be who I refer all my friends and family to!
