Two stars because the cheap lenses and frames are affordable. Zero stars for the eye exam, not a thorough exam, they use a remote tech(yes on a monitor), which will result in the wrong prescription. Highly recommend going to a real optometrist to get an accurate prescription.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Kavanaugh Eye Center! The team is always helpful, quick, and efficient. Dr. Guice spends time to explain things well and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I am not a happy customer. I think this must the same for all doctors. For some reason they seem to think that their time more valuable then the customers. As a professional service person myself. When I give someone a time that I can be the I'm there. I don't make them wait for 30 minutes to get my time. In this case I was there early and still had to wait for 20 minutes just to see someone else take my slot. I will be finding another doctor that respects my time as much as I respect theirs.

I found Dr Lane when my other clinic stopped taking my insurance 15 years ago. He is professional, kind, and is great at keeping my family’s eyes seeing. Cheryl is kind and always helps me pick out glasses that look good on me. I highly recommend this clinic.

The physicians and staff at both the Hot Springs and the Chenal Surgery facilities have totally eliminated the dread and fear of having any procedures done on my eyes!!! There has been nothing but comfort, compassionate and the utmost level of professional care provided provided to me by each and every member of the staffs at both facilities that I've had the pleasure to visit. Besides going our of their way to make me feel as comfortable possible, they have truly an totally relieved me of any apprehension that I may have had prior to my procedures... Many, many thanks to everyone that I've had the pleasure to meet at McFarland Eye Care!!! I wouldn't trade you guys for anything and pray for happiness, good health and safety in each and every one of your lives... Thom Lackey

Worst experience! Not one day has past that I haven't regretted having cataract surgery at this place! I could see better with the cataracts than I do without. I even opted for the premium lenses. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! They bounce you from one doctor to another and no one knows how to read your chart. Once they get your money, they will make you sit and wait for HOURS past your appointment time before you get to see the doctor. So after surgery get ready to wait, and wait and wait, and wait some more. You are nothing but a number to them. They could care less if you have an appointment time because they already have your money so they are in absolutely no hurry what so ever to see you. I would do anything if I could go back in time and never have had my surgery at this place that has made my eye sight so much worse than it was before.

My terminally ill brother had an appointment today for a critical situation, detatched retina. He has been there over 3 hours from his appointment time after Ubering an hour to get there. In what world do you make a terminally ill human that has just Ubered from Hot Springs with a critical situation wait over 3 hours and say there are still 4 in front of you and you close at 4:30 ??? Is there an issue with the person scheduling appointments? Doesn't sound like appointments are being made with respect to the patient at all. We will be reporting this ridiculous issue to our insurance company, referring Doctor, etc. Absolutely ridiculous service! Learn how to schedule and be considerate of patients time especially when they are terminally ill. 👎😒 Terrible service
