Cannot recommend enough. Dr. Madison is absolutely AMAZING! She is very thorough and is great with children! My 6 year old has terrible medical anxiety and Dr. Madison is so patient and kind with her. She never seems frustrated or irritated that my daughter needs extra time to acclimate and settle down. She feels like we are visiting a friend that's just helping us out with our eye care needs. We have also seen Dr. Fiegl in the past and he was great as well. Very kind and patient and doesnt rush the appointment when my little ones have been less than cooperative. We have been going here for years and have had a positive experience every time. From calling to make an appointment, to the front desk check-in, the visit itself, and getting our new glasses if we need them, everything is so personable. We are not local and will 100% continue to come to this location as long as this amazing group is there!

I have been seeing Dr. Fiegl since high school, so it has been over 5 years now. The doctor is nice. Location is perfect, and it has always been easy to make an appointment at this location. However, I was neither fond of the front desk lady nor the optometrist assistant. The front desk lady seemed annoyed when I asked her couple questions about my insurance plan. The assistant let out a long sigh after being done with our initial check-up process. She acted like we bothered her the whole time even though we were a paying customer. This might be the 'normal' way this office runs their business, but I think I can be treated better somewhere else. As a healthcare provider, these people should genuinely care more about their patients if they really want to work at a doctors office.

Heather, the optician at Walmart Vision and Glasses in Harrisville, was super great to work with! She gave terrific customer service and was very knowledgeable about how to use the insurance plans, as well as the process for selecting and ordering our glasses. I highly recommend working with her. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. I truly valued my experience in working with her.

I have 3 daughters who wear glasses. This place is the very best place to go. Everytime we go in for something the employees are sooooooooo super nice. They were so helpful in helping my girls pick out glasses. They fix glasses for free if they are fixable. Which is absolutely amazing because one of my daughter's broke her glasses and I was so stressed they were beyond repair and we would have to buy new ones. We walked in the same day they were broke and the amazing lady was pretty skeptical about fixing them because they looked beyond repair, but she was able to fix them within 5 minutes. I will never go to another place for glasses, because this place is ABSOLUTELY the best! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the amazing employees that work there :)

DO NOT GO HERE. i recently went here and they completely messed up my glasses, i could not see a thing so i went back and told them. the doctor told me “you guys want perfect and i can’t do perfect so we’ll give you a refund” I JUST WANTED TO SEE. everything had a blue tint,was super blurry , my head hurt AND when i got the adjustment they dented them!! if you really need a place for glasses just go to standard optical they have good people and you will actually be able to see!

Was able to get in for an exam on short notice. The doctor was nice and answered my questions. Ed was very helpful with recommendations on what would work best in glasses for my needs. Was a great experience.

Have had nothing but great experiences stopping here! They are my primary eye care provider. Not only is everyone, especially Tanner, very easy to talk to but I have never felt pressured to purchase anything that wasn’t necessary! I will continue to use this vision center as my primary eye care provider.

They were fantastic! Got my eye exam and ordered glasses on may 19, and got my glasses over a week earlier than expected! Very kind and professional, they’ll laugh with you.

Doctor Graf is caring and warm, and very professional. Our family has seen him for all of vision needs and he and his staff have always gone above and beyond to exceed any expectations! Truly a fantastic experience.
