1. If you don't have insurance, be prepared to pay $100 for each question you might have for the doctor, even if it's related to your condition and that's in addition to the regular exam price. They charged me $320 for a 1 minute follow-up exam + 1 question . 2. Also, the wait time is ridiculous, the tech takes you in immediately, but then 1 hour wait to be seen by the doctor. 3. They don't keep track of records. They did a procedure on my eye a couple of months ago and the tech keeps asking every week if I consider undergoing that same procedure. Doesn't he see that they did it already and it failed?!

The front office staff and eye glass technician were very friendly and professional. However, I found Dr. Dzibela with a cold demeanor. She was not very friendly during my visit. She acted in a perfunctory during the examination strictly business. Didn't really take time to get to know me as a patient or really my health history. But the primary reason why I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTOMETRY is due to what seems to be a LACK in sanitation and hygiene standards. This very disconcerting in the age of Covid. I went to the doctor and three days later had to go to Patient First and was promptly told I had PINK EYE. I have never had PINK EYE as an adult. I strongly believe this is due to this office NOT using Lysol or Clorox wipes to wipe down any of the eye equipment between patients. I did not see anyone wiping down anything. I did not even notice any hand sanitizer in the front or in the office over all. I am very disappointed that this company is not taking more care. I will not be going back and urge others to proceed with caution.

The staff is nice enough but they nickel and dime you for everything, like watching you put the contacts in or getting new lenses without frames even if you bought frames with them the year before. Insurance won’t cover it because it’s not a typical charge and practically nowhere else has those ridiculous fees. It’s an ok place if you have money to waste

Eye Exam and staff were great, but this is the second pair of very expensive glasses that I bought from them where the lens coating started coming off within weeks of having them for one year, and they will not replace the lens. That is ridiculous given the price.

This is a great practice for eye care. I've been seen primarily by Dr. Tsai but have also been seen on occasion by Dr. Church and they are both excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on the patient/customer. Their practice also has some great technological advances (different machines, techniques) and on this last visit, there were even some other newer ones I had not experienced before. So they are clearly focused on using the best procedures and equipment to support their patients. I highly recommend them.

Dr Church was great! He was very thorough in helping me understand the issues I was having. He was extremely empathetic and reassuring which I needed and appreciated. Rhonda in Optical was quick and professional. She also took the time to find savings and discounts for me. Very good experience all around.

My care was excellent and the young lady that did my test was excellent and very patience with me. She was always polite and smiling. Dr Church is great.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Parish and her staff. I never felt I was being railroaded into purchasing the most expensive items. All services and fee were thoroughly explained before any services were performed. I will add this optometry group to my permanent physician list. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I found Clarkson Eyecare of Fredericksburg, Virginia to be extremely helpful and totally professional. From the moment I entered I experienced outstanding kindness and caring from the first individuals I met at the counter, to the eye examiner, especially the knowledgeable eye doctor, and also the friendly kind hearted lady who helped me purchase the glasses in a very easy to understand smooth manner. This place rocks! They most definitely have my recommendation and support. I know they will earn yours as well. They are simply the best in the area hands down, and I've been to all the other eye stores!!!

The dr was great! Had to wait a little longer than I wanted for my scheduled appointment, but it wasn’t horrible. Be sure everything you get done is covered by insurance as they may lead you to a room for an exam that cost extra. They probably could’ve explained this before taking me to the room, but just ask questions and they will gladly answer. After your exam you speak to associates on your results and to see if you want to purchases glasses with them. They’re not pushy but it is a sale’s pitch. All in all it was a great visit and I feel my eyes are in great hands which was the point in the first place.

I have been seeing Dr. Fiegl since high school, so it has been over 5 years now. The doctor is nice. Location is perfect, and it has always been easy to make an appointment at this location. However, I was neither fond of the front desk lady nor the optometrist assistant. The front desk lady seemed annoyed when I asked her couple questions about my insurance plan. The assistant let out a long sigh after being done with our initial check-up process. She acted like we bothered her the whole time even though we were a paying customer. This might be the 'normal' way this office runs their business, but I think I can be treated better somewhere else. As a healthcare provider, these people should genuinely care more about their patients if they really want to work at a doctors office.
