I am a relatively new patient at Vista Eye Center, having recently visited for an eye emergency. After the optometrist I have had for decades retired, I decided to also see this practice for my regular annual eye exam. I have been very impressed by the friendly and helpful office staff, professional technicians, and my new optometrist, Dr. Timothy Bradshaw. Dr. Bradshaw has been attentive, reassuring (during a recent retinal detachment scare), and knowledgeable about my vision history. In order to provide adequate information for my first regular annual vision appointment with this practice, I requested a transfer of records from my former optometrist’s office. During my recent vision examination it was clear that he referred to my past medical history in order to accurately assess my current vision needs. Dr. Bradshaw takes his time, values my input, and ensures that he follows up in a timely manner. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Vista Eye Center and highly recommend them to others.

I recently moved here from California and this office is TOP NOTCH! My elderly dad is also a patient here and requires a little extra attention. The entire team comes thru every time. They are so kind and patient with him. He loves going to his appointments. Every team member has been wonderful to work with, and the doctors are amazing. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this practice is. You can have wonderful doctors, but if the support team is terrible, it takes away from the care. This practice is the complete package. Also! This practice has state of the art equipment which has been so beneficial! I highly recommend this practice.

I didn't have to wait to be taken back to an examining room. The assistant was professional and informative, explaining what the eye drops were for. I then had a short wait for the doctor, who was very thorough. He listened to my concerns, and assuaged any fears I might have had about the condition of my eyes. I highly recommend this office. I've now seen three doctors, and was impressed by them all.

Amazing staff and a wonderful environment to be in. Me and my wife went to see Dr. Song and her optical department for an eye exam. Dr Song and the staff was very pleasant and professional. The Operations Manager Dani, was amazing when greeting me and my wife with a smile and when informing me how things go. The front desk staff, along with the staff who were sizing my eyes for frames and glasses were so pleasant and professional. My son is only 9 years old and he is so comfortable going to this practice for his eye care. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming as soon as you arrive. Lisa is amazing and she made the entire experience great. The minute we walked in she immediately helped us check in and then showed us the showcases for the glasses to look at all the options while we waited to be seen by the Doctor. Once the doctor came in her main focus was on my son and what he needed. She did not seem like she was in a rush to get to the next patient, she took her time answering all the questions I had, and even took the time to explain things directly to my son. It is hard to find a doctor that takes time out anymore for one on one care and I really appreciated this. It was a great experience from start up to finish and I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Chelsea Mathis is the best! Wish I could give her a million Stars. She is awesome!! For the first time in my life someone gave me the right prescription after visiting many different Doctors. I highly recommend her, don't waste your money anywhere else.

The doctor and this techs are wonderful and very informative, but the receptionist was very disappointing. He didn't register my wife or myself. After an hour setting in the waiting room. I asked him we are an hrs past our appointment time. He said my bad I forgot to register my wife and hadn't sowed take we where her.

I was seen by Dr Rowe who did an amazingly quick job of finding my prescription using the pupil dialation technique. It was over in just a few minutes and he took special care to get it done quickly so I could get to my classes an hour away. He remembered me from my last visits and was still happy to explain the involved techniques and processes in the checkup. Kai was also great in prepping me for the examination and was both friendly and quick.

Love access eye. They have taken care of my eyes for many years. Always a super experience with pleasant and professional service by all. I am happy to have healthy eyes and eyesight as a result of being a patient. Thank you to all at Access Eye! Keep up the great work. ...my family and I,...we appreciate you all! ❤️

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Tran today. He was very polite and personal. Tracy, who got me ready for the doctor, was thorough and friendly. I’m definitely going to see Dr. Tran again next time.

1. If you don't have insurance, be prepared to pay $100 for each question you might have for the doctor, even if it's related to your condition and that's in addition to the regular exam price. They charged me $320 for a 1 minute follow-up exam + 1 question . 2. Also, the wait time is ridiculous, the tech takes you in immediately, but then 1 hour wait to be seen by the doctor. 3. They don't keep track of records. They did a procedure on my eye a couple of months ago and the tech keeps asking every week if I consider undergoing that same procedure. Doesn't he see that they did it already and it failed?!
