I wish I started going here sooner! I have never seen a cleaner eye doctor facility. The staff and doctors are so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and felt listened to. My doctor also validated my eye concerns with a thorough explanation of why and a thorough description of how to prevent similar irritation in the future. The entire facility is decorated so well. It is trendy, beautiful, and has the best selection of glasses I've ever seen. Love love love this place!

Oh my goodness, if your looking for a top notch Eye Dr. and a great staff! Look no farther! They give the best eye exam and they talk to you and explain things to you. Nothing but up rate Professional issum! My husband and I LOVE This place and will be back every year! Thank you to the Dr. and all her Lady's in the office! Y'all keep on doing what you're doing!👓🕶

Dr. Michelle Langkawel is wonderful. She has always been extremely patient with me and takes time to problem solve my eye dilemmas, with a touch of much needed humor! All the staff there are always so kind and personable!! You can’t go wrong by choosing this doctor and office for all your eye needs. I highly recommend their office!

Victoria is amazing our second visit was super because of her. I will be back the world needs more Victoria shes genuine,friendly, and kind. If she left this place we would follow here. First time going to the location in Tuscaloosa Alabama and it was HORRIBLE!!! I was there early like 10a.m and waited a hr to get glasses that the tech messed up.. I didn’t mind waiting, but i had no idea that i would get them and leave and have to go back in less than 5 mins because they were cut wrong and the lens fell right out! I took them back and was told it would be a hr to re do them , only for CHRIS to come back and say that it will b 6p.m before they’re ready. So now I’m really upset because my son game is at 5 and he can’t play because they messed them up! I told them my story and they still didn’t try to accommodate me and fix them the correct way so he could play in his game tonight. So don’t go to this place if you’re expecting same day service because it’s a huge possibility that it won’t happen and the staff definitely doesn’t care! Glad i checked them Before i made it home, which is a hour away! It’s 2:17 and i don’t have glasses that i need before 5 p.m. and they don’t care!

This was my first time at Eyemart and I was very happy with Jennifer Boyd’s customer service in Tuscaloosa, AL. She was friendly and efficient! I also was impressed with getting my glasses in the same day and having the option for a free pair. But I was NOT satisfied with having to wait almost half hour to pick up my glasses because all of the sells reps were busy. I asked if they had a receptionist and they said no, but have asked for one and several other customers have complained as well. The store needs a receptionist to answer the phones and help with other duties besides sales. This will hugely impact your customer service and allows for more sales. It’s great my glasses can be ready in 40 min, but if I have to wait another 40+ min to simply pick them up it most certainly negatively impacts the customer service experience!!

I highly recommend! Staff was genuinely friendly & helpful! Exam went well and Dr. spent time explaining and answering questions. One of the best experiences in eye care I have ever had!

Please read this before going to see the best Doctors staff ever. Dr Box is an amazing Doctor! However the real talent of the operation is Destiny. Destiny made me smile and i hope my eyes get a little worse every year so I can keep coming back! Thanks Dr Box and staff you guys Rock!!! jkane the real
