All of the members of the optical team are fantastic, and I’m pretty sure we’ve worked with everyone at this point! My son loves his glasses. He’s had several pairs and they’ve all held up really well.

Waited hours for my appointment, staff kept making side comments indicating that this is a constant problem here. Not one person tried to check in and give an explanation for this bizarrely long wait in an office that was empty of patients. I finally got up and left without being seen, after being moved to an exam room and ignored for over half an hour - no one even tried to ask why I was leaving, I only got a "sorry about this" on my way out the door.

Stanley Berke MD is an excellent Ophthalmologist! He is caring and thorough. Michelle Berke COA is outstanding! She is very precise and professional! I highly continue to go and recommend this practice!

I’ve been there a couple times over the last couple of years and I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They are personable and professional, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Awful. Waited over an hour just to purchase glasses. On the other hand, the eye doctors at costco are wonderful.

This review is for Costco’s Vision Center which is separate from the office for eye exams (called Westbury Optometry. They were great. I met with Dr. Eddie Li for my exam. Super knowledgeable and patient with my questions. They have a few optometrists there, but on the day that I went, Dr. Li was in. Made the appt by phone the day prior and was seen right on time the next day.) The little office is located right next to Costco’s vision center. They’re the ones with the lower reviews bc of the insane wait (horrible system). The whole interaction ended in 10 minutes but I waited an hour to be helped at the check out counter. I already knew what I needed, but had to wait for the associates to finish helping customers try on glasses. They should really have one person for either pick ups or contacts.

Dr Fisher is a wonderful doctor. She is skilled, professional, and patient. She guided me through cataract surgery. She suggested different choices for moving forward with my choice of lenses. I recommend her to anyone who is need of a her and expertise. She is a gem!

After trying two eye doctors for my son (then 8) and not doing well with them, I found Dr. Fisher nine years ago. She is terrific -- very knowledgeable, careful, and great with her patients. My son hated several parts of the exam, but she explained to him just what would happen and why, and my son was fine with everything. Dr. Fisher takes the time to focus on every patient, and I have total confidence in her expertise. I have found everyone in her office to be kind and helpful. We feel fortunate to have found her.

What a wonderful experience I had today with my visit to Dr. Fisher. From the minute I walked into the office until I left. Everyone made me feel comfortable and concerned for my health. Dr. Fisher was very nice and professional. She explained everything to me and was patient. I would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends.

I mistakenly arrived one hour earlier than my appointment time, but I was seen right away. Everyone was kind.
