My father uses this practice and they have taken great care of him and his vision. Wait times are often long but the doctors do not rush their patients or their treatments. The staff is great as well. I work nearby and they are always nice when I call.

I cannot say enough about Berry Optical. Dr. Stone was fantastic. She clearly explained everything and allowed me to ask questions. She was personable and friendly. The front desk ladies are kind and considerate. They explained everything clearly and were patient with questions. Rocky is a very friendly and you feel like you have known him for years. He has a great eye when it comes to picking frames and explaining the difference between them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

One of the best offices I have been to in a long time. Dr. Stone was excellent and friendly with all the information needed for the visit. The front office staff were wonderful and made the visit fun and enjoyable. Mr. Rocky was another star of the office with helping me to pick out my frames and lenses. I will definitely recommend Berry Optical to my friends and colleagues.

Absolutely outstanding! A great place to bring your children as well. I have a son who is on the spectrum and he needs someone who can show patience towards him. Berry optical has such a fine staff that truly cares and works very well together. Always greets us with a smile, awesome service and very helpful.

I've been going to Dr. Harris for years and he has always been great! He is very professional but also very personable and nice. He not only does my annual exams but also sees me if I have a problem with my eyes. Dr. Harris is always great, but the last 3 times I've been to the office he works in my appointment has been almost an hour late.

I saw Dr. Harris back in 2016/2017 when I lived in Montgomery. I moved away in 2018 but man, this is the best eye doctor I ever had. I was diagnosed with glaucoma when I was in college around 2000, got a 2nd opinion in Mobile (where I grew up). I was put on drops that made my eyes turn red. When I told the eye doctor in Mobile, he asked me was I worried about red eyes or high eye pressure?? I told him BOTH! When I moved to Montgomery, Dr. Harris checked my eyes and said he saw no signs of glaucoma. He ran extensive tests. He was an angel sent from God. I never did a review but I wanted to let him know what he meant to me. If I ever am in Montgomery again, I will definitely stop by. So many doctors are too concerned about keeping you on all these meds and dont let you sincerely know when you really dont need it. Now, he told me to keep my regular eye exams so they could check and make sure that nothing new comes up but thank you Dr. Harris. You are amazing and God bless you.

I have been seeing Dr. Harris and Dr. Jackson for almost 30 yrs. I was just in yesterday. They have always given me excellant care! I've worn both contacts and glasses and their prescriptions have always been spot on. I appreciate them keeping up with the latest advances in their field as well as their professionalism. I highly recommend them.

The staff was very friendly and organized, the issue I had was the wait time. I think that was only because the Doctor was running behind. Other than that overall it was a good experience.

I have been wearing eye glasses practically all of my life, and it seems this is the first time my prescription is just right. I'm very thankful and appreciative of Dr. Goodman, and his staff. They are very nice people.

Be prepared to wait 2 hours before being seen by the doctor. He even said himself that he’s overbooked.. Also at checkout they told me my copay was $100 when I provided by insurance at check in. Called back to see where the mix up was and someone at another location answered but told me they had me as self pay but yet had my insurance on file. She told me it would take 8 days before they billed it out and 3-4 weeks before hearing back from my insurance. I was still confused as to why they tried collecting a $100 copay at checkout but wanted to wait on the $35 copay that I actually owed until insurance responded. Also I am breastfeeding and can’t used the cream he called in for my eyelid so I called back and didn’t hear a thing back from them at all today. Guess I will suffer another night. Overall poor/bad experience.I don’t think the doctor is terrible.
