Dr. Yardley is incredibly genuine! He truly cares about people and their well-being. He even gives out his cell phone number to people in case they have emergencies or questions. I will never visit another eye doctor as long as I can see Dr. Yardley!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Graf and the staff at Valley Vision. I started going there a couple years ago when I noticed a problem with my 3 year olds eyes. I thought I was overreacting and Dr.Graf reassured me that I did the right thing and it was an issue we could fix with early intervention. #1 He always explains what is going on, how we are fixing it and how I can help at home. I know he cares and wants the best for my family. #2 I am usually overwhelmed by the end of our appointment trying to wrangle a toddler and picking out glasses he will wear. The staff is constantly helping me and reassuring me. Recently they even helped me exchange a pair of glasses that didn’t work. They were kind and went above and beyond in the entire transaction. Like I said I cannot say enough about the customer service and continued kindness. I will give them my business over and over and over. Thank you for always being there.

I have been coming to Dr. Graf since high school about 10 years ago. I've had several pairs of glasses over that time period and I have loved each pair. The clinic is charming & comfortable, filled with people who care about helping you. Dr. Graf is super personable and was happy to answer all of my questions in a way I could understand. As I've been working as a graphic designer I was experiencing major dryness & eye fatigue needing to work on my computer all the time. I was basically unable to do my work because my eyes were so sore. Dr. Graf was able to take me in and use a piece of new equipment to give me not only a highly custom prescription to help my eyes relax but was able to get the lenses with a non-color altering blue light protection. THESE GLASSES HAVE BEEN A GAME CHANGER! Dr. Graf also gave me several tips to care for the dryness in my eyes which has brought so much relief & healing over the past couple months. I really can't highly recommend this clinic & Dr. Graf enough. Thank You for all you do for me & my family!

My family has been going to Dr. Graf's office for several years now. We keep coming back, because Dr.Graf is so kind and genuine. He is super professional and takes the time to have a conversation with you even when they are busy. He always treat me and my entire family so good. His staff is also so friendly and helpful. This is THE BEST vision clinic to go to! Can't say enough good things about Dr.Graf and his staff!

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! Walmart finally did it right. They hired a permanent doctor rather than have doctors come in a day or two a week. I was examined by Dr. Vu today and was so impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness. This lady is a class act. I will absolutely return and will recommend her to everyone I speak to.

What a joke! If you have all day and then some to spend sitting in sams club, this is the place to go! I can't believe the level of customer service at this location. Complete disregard for you and your time. The doctor might be on his first week in practice. Doesn't know much and wants you to diagnose any problem you have. Makes a guess and doesn't know the products he sells!! I have spent upwards of 45 minutes waiting to pick up something I've already paid for on more than one occasion. That doesn't even account for the 3 hours it took to get an exam! Save yourself the time and the frustration and go somewhere else!
