I've been going to Dr. Gibson for years. Dr. Gibson is genuine and cares about his patients, as well as his staff. Very professional, and kind customer service. I would recommend that you come see for yourself.

Tried other optical options. Sam’s Club beats them all in price and value. Optometrist was kind and professional as were the folks in the eyewear department. I would recommend them to everyone

Alex was incredibly helpful and kind! My glasses were slipping off of my nose and it was incredibly annoying. He immediately took me in and fixed my glasses right up even though i didnt buy my glasses in this optical center! I appreciate his hospitality and swift work! Thank you Alex!!!

Soo pleased with the customer service at Target Optical! I accidentally sat on my glasses, wasn’t sure they could be saved. My husband said to bring them back to the optical center to ask them. The gentleman that helped me was so compassionate and professional. Fixed me up right away! So glad this is where I got my glasses

I went to 3 different eye centers. Every one told me the contact brand I like was 3 months backordered. At Target Optical, they said I should be getting them in 3-5 days. Franci also provided me with a trial pair of the exact brand I use to cover me in the meantime, until I get the pack. They shipped them straight to my house too! I was in and out of the center within 10 minutes. Only good things to say about the experience, will definitely be going back!

The doctor Andrew Bibo is absolutely wonderful- taking time to explain and help with glasses. Doesn’t rush and is very knowledgeable and kind. All my kids love him. And the staff at the store - wonderful and helpful.

The doctor was very nice, explained everything well and was personable. The staff was great with assisting with picking out frames and explaining what my insurance does and doesn’t cover. 10/10 would recommend any family or friend here.

Squeezed me in last minute and received good exam. Nice front sales people. Doctor provided several options or contacts and glasses so I could pick what I prefer for my lifestyle and price point.

Got glasses for my son who had his vision changed and needed them to get license renewed. Got the glasses in the same day! He got glasses and sunglasses for a great price. Megan was great to work with and the lens tech was also very helpful. Thanks for a job well done!

I am so grateful that I chose Eyeglass World in Riverdale. I was greeted when I walked in and Megan spent so much time with me, helping me decide which frames looked good. She then sat down and went over all of my options for lenses, sunglasses, tint, you name it, she covered it. She didn't let me walk out until she knew she had answered all of my questions. My glasses made it back in just over a week and that is counting the Thanksgiving break. I have found my new home for my eyeglasses. Thank you so much.

Eyeglass World has been great to work with! A couple years ago, when our dog chewed up my son's glasses two days before we were going to leave on a trip, we tried them and it was a great, quick experience. Now our entire family goes there for glasses. Today, Braxton was very patient, kind, polite and helpful with all my questions! I was able to get my new lenses in about 45 minutes, which is much better than the 1-2 weeks at the previous place we went to. Dr. Quirl did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. I recommend Eyeglass World of Riverdale. 😊
