Every day I am disappointed with the medical care in this country, this clinic only gives you a good service if you have health insurance, that's why when you visit this place you see mostly elderly people, my experience in this place was terrible, first if If you have insurance, they charge you $200 to measure your eyesight. If you don't have insurance, they charge you $100, which at this point, attention drops by 50%, then you go to the store in this place to choose your glasses and crystals and you find another wall, to begin with they make you feel pressured to buy their glasses and not bring your own, they let you bring your own but under a lot of pressure, they tell you that you have to sign a paper where they are not responsible for damages or losses, all this to scare the consumer and in this way achieve their goal (buy what they want, then they want to charge you between $150 and $350 dollars for the crystals, in short, they make it difficult for you from the attention of the receptionists until the end, which is not It is more than the obvious, they do not like to serve you if you do not have medical insurance since they charge the insurers what they want at exorbitant prices and with you a simple person who wants to heal their eyesight at an affordable cost and receive fair treatment and professional, in this place they only care about money and they do everything to get the most out of you, your needs do not matter at all.

Dr Gonzalez and staff are always very good. I got there a few minutes before my appointment and did not have to wait. Very efficient and as always very polite. I have been going to Dr Gonzalez for many years.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Clint Gonzales for years. He is awesome. He takes the time to listen to his patients and is very caring. The office assistants are also very friendly.

The atmosphere is very inviting. All staff members are kind and friendly. Dr. Shen is very thorough. He takes his time and explains everything. All of my questions were answered. My expectations were satisfactorily met.

An excellent visit with Dr. Kevin Shen explained what was wrong with my eyes, why it occurred, and the options to correct it in terms I understood. I highly recommend him.

Dr Gonzales is very thorough but efficient! He saw all three of my family members at their scheduled time and we were out in less than an hour (including frame pick-out time). This was the first time my 9 year old saw him, and he was very patient in explaining the eye exam to her. Great experience here!

Houston Eye Associates is THE place to go for accuracy and precision in eye care. I have used them for several years and my glasses are perfect each time. The reception of each person that received me and did their part with my exam and purchase was efficient and friendly and Dr Gonzales was a confident, amiable professional.
