This is a wonderful contact and eyeglass store. The eye exam will help you get information for new eye care. I like all the eyeglass choices. They have so many choices to get glasses you like. I'm happy to get exam and new eyeglasses here. The prices are reasonable for good exam and products. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful to get you better vision.

Told the tech my prescription wasn't right in my left eye as soon as I put the new contacts in. She said she'd let the doctor know. There was no doctor there in person, only through video conference. Tech disappeared into the back and never reappeared to correct the issue. I told the girl that talked to me about eye glasses and still nothing. My vision is now worse than with the old contacts I'd had for 3 years. I've now used the once a year exam my insurance covers and will need to pay out of pocket to go elsewhere. Won't be back.

I came from Mississippi to have an eye appointment with America's Best. I had been there many years ago. The people I dealt with were nice. Chloe was really nice and helpful. She had a good attitude as did LaTrenda who was refreshing. Dr. Grant was also very nice for a virtual experience. The only complaint I have is that I had to get to work and I asked if I could order the glasses online. I was told that I could. Once I got to work and called I was told that was incorrect information. I would have to drive back to the store. That was 55 miles away. Inaccurate information really can be disappointing. Atleast the instore experience was a plus.

All the personnel were friendly and helpful. Dr. Franklin was informative and took the time to answer my questions. His office ran like a well oiled piece of machinery and yet I always felt that I was more than just another patient.

The office staff and doctor were cordial, prompt and adequately explained procedures. The injections were relatively painless. I would like to continue to have the new medication, Vabysmo, that Dr Dellecrose used before I left Fayetteville and that Dr Franklin injected on my recent visit on August 16th.

Everyone was very professional, from the staff to Dr Franklin himself. Dr. Franklin is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant, caring bedside manner. I will definitely be going back to him whenever I need specialized eye care.

These guys always do a great job! They helped me replace a pair of lost glasses. This store did not have the exact frames so they called the other store, had someone go there to pick up the frames and bring back to this store to put the lenses in. They had them ready when I came to pick them up same day. They have always provided great service but this was over and beyond!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I just spent my entire lunch break looking for eyeglasses that I would like. When I finally found them, they told me, “good news, today is 40% off lenses.” I said great. The lady with black hair and was Asian-American (I wish I had gotten her name) told me, my one pair of glasses would be $1,482.57. She said that this was good news, because before the discount, my one pair of eyeglasses was OVER $2,000!!!!!! By the way. I am nearsighted (I don’t need readers. And am 20/40 vision. Barely need glasses). I was stunned and asked her to take away any bells and whistles. To give me the very basic lenses. The final cost would have been $1,148.00!!! (This did include the Oakley frames that were $205). Are people used to paying over $1,000-$2,000 for one set of lenses? I took the results of my eye exam and left. Literally every other place I have ever gone to is no more than $200-$300 (total for frames and lenses. And usually buy one, get one free). I felt like I was getting scammed. I’m considering talking to the FTC to see what they think.

The service is great here. I have been coming here for years to purchase my frames. I love the fact that there is large selection to choose from. And I am never disappointed with my choice of frames.

Dr. Ball and attending staff takes excellent care of my eye treatment. He explains well in simple terms so as I understand the terminology. I've been under his care for several years and he knows what changes are with my overall vision. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. -Clara Chapman-
