Jameson, the General Manager was awesome! He was extremely patient with me even though I took forever to pick out my glasses because I was so indecisive. He answered all my questions and really made this whole experience super easy! I will definitely be back!

Dr. Epstein and her associates did such a great job taking care of me! I was able to get an appointment quickly and they even helped me find my insurance. She knows what’s she’s doing and she’s able to explain every process and procedure so well. Her treatment is leaps and bounds over retail eye care places. She was able to get me the correct prescription of my eyes after years of having ones that were too strong. I’ve never worn contacts before but her staff did a great job in teaching me and informing me about contacts. Definitely would recommend!

Dr. Epstein is knowledgeable and great at what she does. The office experience is very personal - she takes her time and listens. Can’t recommend enough.

Dr. Kristen Bains is a wonderful doctor. She is very smart and caring. I'm so glad I have her caring for my eyes. I know I'm in good hands. Her office is run very efficiently and her other personnel are just as nice as she is.

Enjoyed my first appointment with Dr. Gagnon. He answered all of my questions and provided additional information I wouldn’t have considered asking about. His staff was also very friendly. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Gagnon and his staff are friendly, accommodating, and have the best for their patients in mind. They are also transparent in their fees and helpful in explaining insurance benefits.

My eye checkup is always delightful. Dr. Gagnon is the best. He understands budgets and is always working with you on what you can afford. He also is realistic about contacts, and will ask you to honestly tell him how much wear you get out of a contact. He genuinely cares about his patients. He's also entertaining and funny. The staff is similarly helpful and knowledgeable. All around A+. Some specifics for those looking to know safety guidelines: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the office has enacted precautions to keep everyone safe. Patients are spaced out and required to wash their hands immediately upon entering, masks on at all times except during relevant parts of the exam, and family members are to wait outside. Any glasses customers handle are sterilized after use.

I'm feeling frustrated by the poor job you guys did with my glasses lens. Last year they did my glasses correctly, but this year you didn't put in anti-reflective lenses and still left my glasses crooked and poorly fitted. I depend on my glasses every day. That was a lack of respect. You guys did not even make a point of making sure my glasses were ok before I left there. I'm disappointed. I don't ever want to go back there again. I wasted money and time.
