another surgeon did one of my eyes! went very bad. Eye site was like wearing a pair of different glasses for each eye.had to see a specialist r or 3 months... was highly recommended by another Dr to see Dr Yoyng Choi ...he told me in our consultation...I AM GOING To FIX YOUR EYES ! I've been going through not being able to see since Feb .of this year. He did not surgery this morning. I Walked out seeing better than i had for the past 6 months ! It's only going to get better! I cannot thank you and your wonderful staff ❤️ from beginning to end ... a perfect ending.

I love Dr Choi and his staff. The experience of my cataract surgery was awesome. Everybody was warm and welcoming. Dr Choi prayed for me and a successful surgery.

Results truly amazed me....I now have 20/20 vision, thanks to Dr. Choi....I highly recommend his services...

Personal attention and great care. I've never had such a thorough eye exam with no overbooking wait. Very respectful of your time. I love that Dr. Gaudet was very sweet and personable.

Dr. Choi is wonderful. I dreaded cataract surgery for a long time and with Dr. Choi it was a breeze with expediency and no problems. Recovery was fast and with no problems. My vision is so much better now.

Dr. Choi and his staff are so warm! From the moment that you enter the building your greeted with a smile and humor! Makes you feel like one of the family! AND Dr. Choi is VERY knowledgeable and really makes you feel comfortable. I will definitely be a regular!

I took my son to this location today. Tammy at the front desk was very amazing, and kind to us. He didn't have an appointment, but they were kind enough to work him in. Dr. Morgan had him in and out within 15 minutes or less. I highly recommend the UAB Callahan Eye location in Trussville.

The clinic seems to always be short staffed. To get in touch with this office you cannot dial direct, but have to go through the Callahan Hospital number and they forward your call back number. *Beware, if you are unable to catch the return call you will have to follow the same process. This is not a well managed clinic.

Parking lot is a little bit small, but only 3 spaces are handicapped ♿ assigned.

I’ll definitely return for future eye care needs. These customers service was gr8. Me and my children were greeted when we arrived. Jameson, at the front desk, was very knowledgeable about various vision insurance plans, which I needed because the benefits from our current insurance had not renewed yet 😳. Not only was I able to establish a policy that I could use the same day for me and my kids, it was affordable and has good benefits. 😊 Also, the service was smooth with no long wait times. Ashley, helped to make us comfortable with our initial screening and questions and Dr. McGowan made sure each person had what they needed to see well.

Horrible customer service, I didn’t answer their confirmation phone call or call back to the voicemail that was left primarily due to my wife’s chemo treatment and didn’t think I had to. Went into store for appointment and was overbooked by somebody else because I didn’t confirm my appointment. She apparently answered the phone. My RESERVED appointment I checked boxes online for after constant marketing harassment was my confirmation. Unless I cancel I will be there as most other doctors or other offices typically use for their standard operating procedures.
