Everyone in the Fairfield Optical dept.was kind , going above and beyond!

Wait times are fairly minimal. The staff is pleasant. Dr ZELDES is knowledgeable and spends ample time to answer questions. I like that there is now an optometrist in addition to Dr ZELDES and both see the patient. I would have given 5 stars if there was a larger selection of frames, especially more interesting, contemporary ones.

It's been a long time since I have visited Southern Eye Associations, the Doctors was great and the staff was super friendly, I didn't say it back then but I'm saying it now, Great job team!!!

He is always very kind, smart, and professional. He has decades of experience too. There’s no need to keep searching, just go to him. He fixed my glasses prescription that was done by another doctor and now I don’t get headaches anymore from them.

Love Dr. York. I have confidence in him and his diligence in our eye exams. I have diabetes so good eye exams are important. He also discovered a potential future problem in my husband. Excellent doctor and staff.

An excellent and professional experience. No screaming of my name by staff members into a public lobby. From the second I walked up to the reception desk I received personal support with the registration. The entire staff introduced themselves and their role in my care. Highly recommended. Thank you

Dr. Moffatt is a joy to work with. She's always smiling and very caring and helpful. She is the consummate professional.

We take many things in life for granted, including our eyesight. NEVER LET ANYONE touch your eyes, no matter WHAT THE REASON IS, until you are examined by THESE PROFESSIONALS FIRST!! They know EXACTLY what they are doing. It took them longer to do a complete exam of my eyes, than it took a "fast food" LASER outfit to screw up my eyes for life. I was an avid amateur photographer, but now that's difficult to do, have an 8" dobsonian telescope that collects dust because of what happened, I need drops even to watch TV in my home, as well as going to the movies. Driving at night is difficult, because of the damage done previously. And if not here, then be sure you see a fully licensed, certified Ophthalmologist to know EXACTLY what your options are. Though, I obviously vigorously recommend the doctors here.

Got the best deal with Ron and Susan!!! Northridge mall, you can use your Macys card. I love the service, they were so sweet. I brought in my other 2 daily pairs and Ron is amazing with the repairs!! He fixed my rimless. So thankful I came in.

I've never had such a great experience with an eye care provider like this before. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are immensely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen is very straight forward, honest, and funny. After my exam, the option to buy frames then and there was not pushy/uncomfortable like other places I have been. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are the best!
