I was referred to Dr. Niswander by my old optometrist over 5 years ago. At the time my vision was suddenly getting cloudy and he was trying to treat it. After two weeks of treatment there was no change. I started to panic and cried in my doctors office. I was so scared I was going blind. He tried to assure me it would be ok and immediately referred me to Dr. Niswander. When I went in, he was very friendly and told me he’d help me figure out what was going on. Sure enough he did! My old contacts were were causing damage to my eyes and I didn’t even realize it! He treated my damaged eyes and my vision returned to normal after a month! I was so thankful for his help, kindness and honesty! I learned to appreciate my eyes more now, thanks to him. I highly recommend him and his staff and tell everyone this story and why his office is so great!

Dr Goerke does a very thorough examination and is always very personable and friendly. Great staff too. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the Target Optical in Eden Praire, MN on 8/5. I wish I knew the woman’s name but I do not but she was very helpful to me in choosing new glasses that I actually wound up getting 2 new pairs. My current glasses were not fitting great (one of the reasons for getting new ones) so she took those in the back and made some adjustments and they now fit like a glove. I am very happy with the service I received and my experience!

Have had a great experience here so far working with Dr Ali, and treatments have significantly helped dry eye issues. Also great communication and clarity on how they are thinking about treatment. Place is very welcoming and well organized.

Dr. Jeffrey Huang is a very caring Opthalmologist. He has been looking after me for the past years and he gives very sound advices and their staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Diamond Vision Institute for the care of your eye vision.

After nearly a year, my eyes are still blurry and my vision doubles. Dr. Todd always argued that it was not the fault of the LASIK . My eyes are dry burning and very sensitive. This place is not reliable, it is especially impossible to drive at night because of blurred and double visibility. Work with your heart. The patient's eyes are very important . Many cases are very similar to mine. If I had received these reviews earlier, I would not have made the wrong choice by coming here. I'm worried about my eyes

The people working there were great, very kind and helpful. I bring my family to get an eye exam and glasses. Great customer service and atmosphere, I would highly recommend it. And I would like to appreciate and thank you for your services.

We really like the surgeon but this surgery center is horribly run. The first time we came here were were told to be here by 5 am. The employees don’t even report to work until 6!!!! Today we were told to be here at 10:40. The paperwork he was handed upon arrival said his surgery was to be at 12:45. We were assured that it would be much sooner. He was not taken back in until 1:01!!! Absolutely no respect for anyone’s time. The office staff was friendly but that does not make up for the complete lack of respect that this place has for the patients. This was supposed to be a 10 - 15 minute procedure. We were there for well over 3 hours. Supposedly this was an unusual event. But we’ve been here twice and were treated the same way both times. Never again….

My appointment was 10am but didn’t get called back till about 10:45 . During my visit I did mention some concerns for this appointment. I expressed some concerns with my vision so Dr. Amini did her exam and said I have 20 20 vision. Ok so why is my vision blurry and I also am experiencing headaches and tenderness to my right eye. So I proceeded to ask just for 2 extra days to adjust for driving in the dark then she stated that there was no medical reason for any extension and how dare I even ask in front of her staff. She degraded my whole person I’m totally upset with her customer service skills.
