Extremely disappointed! After buying a pair of their best lenses, I could not use them. I took them back several times for adjustments. They said they had the lenses remade, but they were exactly the same. After they gave up they told to "get use to them." I took the prescription elsewhere and am very happy I did.

Best place around! Won't trust my eye care with ANYONE else!!

Jamie is fantastic! Very patient and helpful. I came in on a weekend and the vision center was quite busy. I just happened to have a picture of my prescription with me and decided I wanted to order the cute frames I found right then! She was patient while I faxed her a copy of my script. She also suggested the anti-glare coating, which I was hesitant of because of glasses I've had before. I just didn't like it. Well, she was right! It is fantastic! I stare at a screen the majority of the day as well as drive at night a lot and the anti-glare really helps! She completed my order very quickly and had my glasses to me before the estimated delivery date. It was a very pleasant experience.

Took my daughter to pick out new frames, I already had her new Prescription. The workers were very helpful and very nice. Plus, her glasses only took about a week to come in! They were so careful, and wiped every single thing we touched down.. Impressed.. Will be back! Happy Customer. Thank you Ladies!!

My contact script is over 1 year old because of the COVID-19, it expired 28 March 2020. I called ahead to see if they had my contacts on hand and they said they did but when I showed up they gave me a trail pair and did not allow me to simply buy a box of contacts because the script is over 1 year old and the doctor not taking patients. I drove over 40 minutes to the location. Instead of simply extending my script as the other two locations I went (one being Sam’s Club) who said most doctors were doing. Thanks for a trail pair but I just want contacts so I don’t have to keep coming back. In most countries you can just walk in and get contacts. Not impressed by this store. I will not come back here for an exam in the future. The associate was nice though.

This place is truly the best!! I hadn't been to the eye doctor longer than I care to admit and Dr Wertelet made it all so easy. She explained everything thoroughly to me about my eyes and about all the testing she did. And answered my questions and concerns. Her staff was wonderful as well and I definitely will make it there yearly to have my eyes examined. I wish I would have done it sooner.

Very comfortable atmosphere and the staff is amazing. For me, choosing eyewear is daunting, but Erin's enthusiasm is infectious. She made the process enjoyable and I ended up with two great looks.

Best eye exam. Dr. Wertelet is great and thorough. Facility is very clean with modern technology. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Book appointments and complete paperwork online. Highly recommend!
