My first appointment with Armstrong George Colt Ophthalmology was in November 22 with Dr. Armstrong. I felt confident in his diagnosis & care for his patients. He advised that although he no longer operates on patients that one of his associates would. I immediately went to the desk and the girl there brought up the surgery schedule. She advised that the first surgical opening was 2/14/23. I scheduled & waited.. Then today I spoke with the cataract scheduler who advised that I wasn't having surgery. I was instead going for another evaluation. I explained what had taken place and that I had patiently waited until February as I had been instructed by their office staff. The scheduler refused to accept that someone in their office would advise me that I was scheduled for surgery.instead of a second evaluation. She didn't even consider that I have been patient and would never have waited another 3 months for a second eval only to have to wait until April now for surgery. Even though I explained that my sight had diminished to the point that I can only see blurs in my right eye and can no longer drive or read, she refused to try and fit me in. What a horrible experience working with this cataract scheduler who no longer cares about patients and comes within an inch of calling me a liar. The office manager here should monitor the work and lack of compassion on the part of this staff member as you will begin to get many more complaints.

As a health care provider myself, I must say the service I got was beyond anywhere else I've been to. I saw Dr. Glenn Levin. besides his very friendly demeanor, was able to determine very accurately the best correction for my vision for the type of work that I do and my lifestyle. Jason the optician was great at explaining the different lens options and helped me choose which glasses worked best for me. The staff at the front are always very courteous, friendly and helpful.

I arrived on time, nurse took me in prepared everything and then Dr Levin made me wait for half an hour before he rushed through the measurements. Didn't like the experience.

I just had my first visit at this practice. When I called to make my appointment, I was able to speak to Mary in billing, who was able to verify my coverage within minutes. At my appointment, Dr. Kaplan was fantastic. Excellent care, listened to my concerns, and genuinely cared. I was dreading picking out my frames. Quite honestly I avoid mirrors. Catalina was able to help me choose frames that suited my face and felt comfortable wearing. I pick up my glasses in a few days and decided I'll get prescription sunglasses too, because even though my vision insurance doesn't, the office gives a discount on a second pair. This is a yearly appointment I won't mind having to keep. TLDR; Highly recommend. Should have 5 stars

I came to the optical center to repair my eyeglass hinges. Joe was very accommodating and thoughtful. He re-inserted the springs in the hinge and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Joe was a lifesaver. I greatly appreciated his help.

I'm not 100% sure of the guy's name, but I believe his name was Joe. I was out of town for work and stopped in there because I accidentally sat on my glasses after one of my sales calls. Joe was very professional and took care of me. I was back on the road in 15 minutes and he took care of my old frames for me.

I accidently bent the hinge on my new Ray Ban eyeglasses and would strongly recommend purchasing the insurance. Within twenty minutes, Joe installed my lenses in new frames and I was off and running. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Dr. Cianni and her team are EXCEPTIONAL to work with and ensure we are comfortable at every visit. Dr. Cianni is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and always willing to support my eye care needs no matter what they are. I have been going to her for years and will continue to recommend her services!! She is THE BEST!!
