Me and my partner had a 12:15 and 12:30 appointment but did not get seen until after 12:50 just for us to be told that we would have to come back because the contacts we needed are not in stock. I understand that it was busy, however there was no good communication with the workers or with us regarding what was taking so long. First time being disappointed at target optical

I know not much can be done with the eyes but this visit nothing was done. I waited about 30min to go back and when I did go back I was sat in the exam chair for maybe 4min. Overall I did not feel like the they were really looking to help. The people who helped me find my glasses were amazing and really took great care.

I was in and out in 30 minutes! Everyone was super friendly and really listened to me. I ordered contacts while I was there, and I received them in 2 days! Highly recommend this Target Optical.

Amazing staff and Doctors, they really do a great job of making you feel welcome and make sure you leave with the best vision possible. Big thank you to the staff in the glasses department. They were very friendly and helped make the hard choice of picking out glasses super smooth and easy.

This is the absolute best place to go! Amber and her team are the best at customer service and they truly care about you and your vision needs. They don't make you feel rushed and Dr. Musto is amazing too. This whole team is great from start to finish! Great job to you all!

The Concord MyEyeDr is awesome! Always an easy check in! Dr. Musto and his staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. Amber and Brandi have always been very helpful and knowledgeable when ordering glasses. They are very quick to help out if the glasses need replaced or repaired. You can’t go wrong with this office!!

The customer service and professionalism is more than you could ask for. From the moment you walk through the door, Brooke and Jackie go above and beyond two help with your needs. Dr. Reese is very thorough and great at finding just the right prescription. Erin was very helpful in filling and ordering my prescription and guiding me through the whole process. Modern Eye Care of Concord is a great place for all your eye needs!

Staff at modern eye care was very friendly,personable, and helpful. No high pressure to buy frames. Dr. Hobbs was great. Definitely recommend them.

They are so good at explaining what they are doing and the different eye exams they are performing. The optical dept has so many beautiful choices and are extremely helpful in helping you make your selections. They always have stylish and upto date designs. Wow! Where do I start!! Smart, knowledgeable, friendly (every single person in this office) and patient. I have had the best experience. AMAZING frame selections!!! This was my first year here based on a friends recommendation and I will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Dr. Ahua and Pat the office manager! Pat you are sincerely one cool chick!!
