Super nice environment where the office feels relaxing and staff are super friendly. Dr. Chen is very personable, efficient and professional and treated me as if I was the only patient. I switched over from another practice and so glad I did.

My family and I have been coming here for 12+ years! The staff is great! The front staff is great. Dr. Bryant does a fantastic job! We highly recommend them!! Picking out glasses and sunglasses is always a breeze.

I am out of contacts and was told that a trial set would come in within 3 days to get me enough to wait until my eye exam appointment. Now it turns out to be two weeks. Absolutely horrible.

They were absolutely amazing. We just moved to the area. The doctor really took her time checking my son’s eyes. He is nearsighted in one eye. Then farsighted in the other. Plus a few other issues he has. The staff were very friendly.

I’d taken my 7 year old daughter for an eye exam and it was the best experience we’ve had. The employee Robert was absolutely amazing and very patient with my daughter. She had tons of questions, moved around a bit but he took his time and made us feel comfortable through out the process. The entire staff was absolutely top tier and the selection of glasses were great and at a reasonable price. I can say we’ve found our forever eye care home where my entire family will visit. Thank you

My first time here for an appt and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen. I was apologized to and told it isn’t the norm. Picked up my glasses and immediately said they don’t fit. After several halfway attempts for a few seconds to adjust in front of me, I left and they still slide down my face as I knew and said they would. Uncomfortable fit. Teach your staff how to properly adjust eyewear. Completely unacceptable.

I was very pleased with eyecare center in Concord, NC. The office was very clean and neat and everyone was very nice. I haven’t had my vision checked since I was a child and I was very comfortable being there. Dr. Bailey was very nice and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this location.

Been here only a few times. They do great at fitting me in and working with my schedule. Front desk is always nice and responsive. Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend.

Great experience, the front desk was super nice. I loved the doctor she was very sweet. She made you feel like you were very important and answered all your questions. Even demonstrated what she’s reviewing when checking the eyes
