I had my eye exam here so I could get new glasses and then went right next door and picked out the frames I wanted. The help I was given to find the right pair for me was outstanding. The lady who helped me picked out over a dozen pairs for me to try on and gave me her advice. I was so excited that I also bought a pair of sunglasses that I LOVE. thank you so much for such a great experience! 10/10 recommendations for anyone who needs new glasses.

Dr. Fincher was absolutely AMAZING! She took her time with me and going into depth with my eye exam. Honestly, the best experience I have had with an eye doctor. Melissa was ICONIC!! She was so kind from the minute we first met. She helped me find the glasses that I didn’t know I needed but I really wanted. She was great. Overall a wonderful experience, I will definitely be going back there again.

First time visit. Dr. Stetler was very nice, answered all my questions and really felt like he cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend him for all your eye needs. Facility was nice and clean and all staff were very friendly. Check in process took longer than expected for first time clients though.

I enjoyed my visit - He was personable and addressed all my concerns about my eye issue. He listened to me and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. 10/10 a great visit.

Dr. Stetler made me feel comfortable, unrushed, and answered all of my questions well. He has a warm demeanor about him. I recommend him without exception!

This is the second time that I paid for a warranty to get my glasses replaced if broken or lost, only to be told that I was not even in the system so will have to pay for new glasses! This is very unprofessional and it makes me realize that this corporations don’t gaf at all!!!

I would sincerely like to thank Phyllis and Estela for helping me pick out my glasses today and get my insurance issue handled. These ladies are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. You ladies are amazing. I will always go here for my optical needs.

I would like to brag on the vision center manager Tamika Evans. She is awesome. She’s so nice and was very helpful to me. She went above and beyond to help me order a replacement pair of glasses. She even went as far as to call another store for the specific frame I needed and I received them within a week of ordering. Thank you thank you thank you Tamika. You rock girl!!!

While the receptionist was very plesant, the rest of the people that assisted my were rude and pushy. The doctor made me feel creeped out and made a joke about my breasts. He also would not take no (on changing my contact type) as an answer. Additionaly I believe I will have to go else where to get my eys redone because I think they messed up my perscription. Do not recommended.

I went to see Dr. Mundorf for the first time today. I am visiting from out of town and woke up with what felt like a foreign object in my eye. I was unable to relieve the pain on my own so began to call every ophthalmologist in my area. I called maybe 6 offices that were unable or unwilling to help me before I called Dr. Mundorf –– and I'm grateful I did! I was greeted on the phone by a woman with a friendly and patient demeanor. She listened and responded to my need with urgency, and was able to promptly squeeze me in. She was just as genuine and caring in person. And from the second Dr. Mundorf entered my room, I knew I was in great hands (you just get that feeling). He was thorough, personable, and so very helpful. To wrap up this novel of a review –– as someone who gets easily overwhelmed in "emergency" situations and who experiences some anxiety when visiting new doctors, I 100% recommend Dr. Mundorf for any and all of your ophthalmological needs. In the case I become a full time Charlotte resident, I know just who I'll be seeing!

I have been a patient of Dr Mundorfs for many years. He is knowledgeable, professional and has an excellent chair side manner. I had a problem several months ago. He immediately recognized the problem and got me in with a specialist within a couple of hours. His quick response saved me from having a much worse problem. I cannot recommend highly enough.
