Dr. Mundorf is very knowledge and took the time to explain my glaucoma condition without feeling rushed during my appointment. We also discussed the treatment options for my case. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Brown and his staff is very professional and patient. He make me feel better about my getting my injections in my eyes. I love his nurse that travels with him. She is very nice and very professional.

Dr Brown said my blood pressure reading I gave to him was not too high, I disagree 163/91/60 However, he did recommend for me to discuss BP medication with my primary doctor

Dr. Brown has been excellent explaining my condition (diabetic retinopathy) and treating the condition with an injection. He and his assistant Sarah have been very kind and patient always concerned with my comfort and addressing any fears or concerns I might have. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this practice.

Thorough and efficient exam in a friendly office setting. Dr. Saraiya took time to explain testing results and advise how to treat my poor dry eyes.

Excellent bedside manners. Dr Sarariya treats me like I'm her only patient as a nurse of 40+ years, I've seen quite a few doctors. I've been impressed with her from Day 1. Even with her mask on, I can see her smiles and kindness and concern. I will certainly recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you to the doctor who didn't have a slot in your schedule. It was a wonderful win for me!!!

I had PRK done back in March and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations! Everyone at Providence Eye & Laser made everything so easy for me. Dr. Mozayeni was very thorough when explaining the procedure, detail by detail and on the day of surgery, he was very gentle and talked me through the whole thing (I was a little nervous). I would do it all over again for the vision I have today. It’s absolutely amazing! I still can’t believe I can wake up in the mornings and see my alarm clock without glasses/contacts. It’s a blessing. Huge thank you to everyone at Providence Eye & Laser, I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Outstanding experience! From the moment I submitted a request on their website until the follow up appointments after my eye surgery, I received only top-notch service. I was very, very nervous about this procedure and it took me a long, long time to muster the nerve to walk in. Throughout the entire complimentary consultation I was treated with utmost respect care. The entire office staff was knowledgeable and supportive during my entire visit. There was no pressure or complicated sales talk. I made the decision to go ahead with the laser eye surgery and was treated with outstanding care! Their technology is top of the line and Dr. Mozayeni is without a doubt the BEST to perform this delicate surgery. The surgery went exactly as I was told it would and my post-surgery care left no surprises. The next day I returned for my follow-up exam and discovered I can now I have 20/15 vision with both eyes...something I have NEVER had in my life! I was in so much awe to be able to see the details in the leaves of the trees that when I saw Dr. Mozayeni the day after I just had to hug him!!! The Providence Eye Center is not the closest or the least expensive laser eye surgery center to my home, however after I did my research I knew they were the best. Since my eyes had astigmatism and a very strong prescription, I wanted only the best. I would recommend the entire staff from Providence Eye to anyone considering laser eye surgery. They are undeniably the best and you will soon be saying like I am, "I wish I had done this years ago!!!"

The office was very clean, easy to find, and full of friendly, professional staff. My PRK procedure went extremely well, and the doctors made sure I was comfortable, well informed, and had the best after-care possible. They were very helpful overall; from helping me secure a discount through my insurance to making sure I fully understood every part of the process from surgery prep through after care, they have been very responsive and happy to answer any questions I have had. Getting PRK in both eyes (yes, even my eye with astigmatism) has been LIFE CHANGING!!! I used to have -7.25 & -6.5 prescription in contacts…. Now I have 20/20 and even better than 20/20 in one eye! It’s truly amazing to just be able to wake up and see clearly. And because I don’t wear contacts anymore, my chronically red eyes are now white! This is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I am very happy I chose Dr. Moyzeyani for my surgery. He comes very highly recommended by my regular eye doctor as well as former patients, and I can see why. Thank you Dr. Moyzeyani & your amazing staff!!

My son wasn't changing his daily contacts and woke up today with pain and a severe light sensitivity, so much so he wasn't able to open his eyes. I called around to multiple places and Dr. Sie was able to get him in within a few hours, diagnosed his problem (we had no idea what it was) and gave him a prescription that is giving him relief. She was kind and gentle with his feelings - while I wanted to kick him in the butt. So very grateful to Dr. Sie and now he knows the importance of following instructions.
