harry was so wonderful! i went just to pick up my grandfather’s glasses, and he was so sweet and attentive with both me and my baby sister. he went out of his way to make sure she was happy and enjoyed her short time there. thank you for everything!

I was very fortunate to have Dr. Lee Wiley perform my cataract surgery. I join his many other patients who state he is thorough, skilled, and caring. Because of vision loss in my left eye due to optic neuritis, I was understandably apprehensive of having anything done to my one good eye, until it reached the critical stage. Finally, I had to proceed. Dr. Wiley listened to my concerns and guided me through the all-important lens selection. My surgery was March 28, 2022. With the insertion of the Panoptix trifocal lens, a few days later, I can see as well as a kid, although I am far from it. My appreciation is extended as well to his competent support staff. I spent the most time with Bonnie and thank her for going the extra step in assuaging my fears. Compassionate and skilled professionals are rare. I am grateful to Dr, Wiley, Bonnie, and his other technicians. As we Greeks say, Bless your hands, Dr, Wiley!

Dr Wiley and Southpark Surgery Center in Charlotte are the best! I was pretty sure that I had cataracts. I went online, searched for an ophthalmologist and read his experience and reviews. He is excellent and I received the best care from him and his staff along with Southpark Surgery'Center. Thank you all so much!

I have trouble voluntarily opening my eye and expressed concern on if I needed to be able to do this for him while he operated on me. He assured me I would be fine during surgery. However that was not the case and he was yelling at my during surgery to “OPEN YOUR EYE” which I couldn’t do. Whenbi asked him about this later, he said it was just tough love. He was very angry with me and very rough. 1/10 Do NOT Recommend

A quality experience for an eye exam!! I haven't had an eye exam for over ten years, the staff along with Dr. Musler couldn't have made my appointment any better!!! I would recommend this location specifically to anyone who can afford to come to it! I can't wait to go back for some glasses, just so I can see Dr. Musler and her amazing staff again!

It was an informative and enjoyable experience. The doctor gave me insight on how my exam was conducted and my vision was improved through my contacts and eyeglasses. I Thank her so very much for taking the time to explain things to me. I greatly appreciate her gracious spirit and kindness towards me. She's an amazing doctor. Dr Musler wasn’t able to make the appointment, however, another doctor stepped in to assist. She was informative and very professional. It was a good experience overall. There also was a younger lady with dark hair at the desk who did my preliminary tests that was very friendly.

After a few days of looking for a my sunglasses repair, many stores told me that no one is doing glasses repair in the mall anymore, I decided to try LensCrafters! I was so pleasantly surprised that Lens Crafters kindly repaired my favorite glasses from Europe and left me with the hope in my heart that it’s still excellent service can be provided in our days! Sean was very helpful and professional! Highly recommend this story for any glasses or sunglasses purchase or services!

My Sales representative/Advisor Linsey was outstanding very caring and eager to help me with any question I asked. I feel she is most likely your best representative for customer service and knowledgeable of every aspect of her job. She needs to be promoted to manager based on her total performance of her job.

I love Dr Cuite. She is very personal and cares for her patients. To me she goes over and beyond. I highly recommend her!
