When I moved to the area I needed to find a eye doctor. I suffer from a autoimmune condition that causes extreme dry eye's. I saw Dr.cerenze specialized in dry eyes. I was so blessed to find her. Not only is she very kind. Dr.cerenze treats you as a individual and really knows about this condition. She told me about contact lense for dry eyes. I was very skeptical because I never used lenses before. I gave them a chance. I am so very happy I did. My eyes feel so much better. I can see so much better. Dr.cerenze is very patient and thorough explaining how to use the Lenses and makes sure the fit is properly suited for your eyes. Thank you Dr.cerenze 😊 you have made my life so much brighter ✨️

Dr, C is excellent. She knows more than other professionals about sclera lenses and my ophthalmologists and optometrist recommended her. She is a sclera lens wearer so she has first hand experience. My case is complicated, but she has had the patience and technical expertise to resolve EVERY problem. She has been willing to spend the time I needed.

My wife, Saida Khatri has been getting treatment from Dr Samiy for last 8 years. i must tell you, i have not seen other physician as helpful as Dr Samiy. Not only doctor himself but his staff and i mean everyone in their Rockhill SC office is very supportive i can name many but i want to mention Charmi young girl with outstanding ethics and helping nature. I recently had interaction with their Charlotte office with Emily and Brittany. Once again the result was OUTSTANDING. Congratulations to entire team. I will recommend this to everyone.

Went there by referral and now I'm visually impaired and both doctors have left the practice! Now I've been given the run around trying to get my paperwork done and they keep passing the buck! I can't get my insurance or short term insurance because they won't comply 😕... …

What is wrong with these peoples.. they just want $$$ not even concern about people life. They need to close place down completely. They r greedy for money n I don’t like it!!!!

The Dr is great, I haven't met the normal tech, there was a temp/fill in when I was there. I really like the Dr, but the hours are horrible and I can't ever reach anyone when I need them. As much as I like the Dr, I need to find a different place.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I was referred to Dr. K. by my local optometrist. Never having had the best vision since an early age, I decided to move forward after I noticed my left eye was not seeing clear colors and became cloudy to the point I could not read anything up close...everything was a blur. I needed a miracle and through Dr. K. I received mine!!! Never in my life had I been able to read the tiniest of print...even on medicine bottles. That is a thing of the past now. My heart is so overjoyed that I cannot wait to have the second eye lens replaced. Yes, Dr. K. did explain all options, but rest assured that if he recommends a certain lens procedure, it's to give you the absolute BEST clarity possible. If you go cheap, especially with YOUR eyes, you may never see as clearly as would have, had you taken his advice. Surgery was painless and everything went well. My vision was great in 3 days...exactly as he stated!!!! Again, if you are hesitant, don't wait or look any further...go talk with Dr. K. He will absolutely help you change your life. Colors are brighter and more vibrant now...something I never imagined I would ever have. I am so overjoyed and wish I could tell you just how much!!!

Very disappointing experience! I scheduled an appointment for my 53 year old husband that suffered a stroke last month to check his vision issues caused by this incident. After we walked in the receptionist notified us that the doctor would not see him if he currently resides is in a skilled nursing facility - per their policy (that on one notified us when scheduling this appointment). She did not have any explanation or a reason for us and just told us that the doctor will not change this policy because of one patient! We had to wait outside for over an hour for his ride to arrive in 50 deg. rainy weather while he was in his wheelchair. We have been dealing with many healthcare professionals and different doctors these past several weeks and this was by far the worst experience with complete lack of care.

I absolutely love Dr. K. He saved my eyesight a few years ago and has cared for me since. His bedside manner, patience and knowledge are incredible, and I am so thankful for him and his practice. Highly recommend him!!!!

I really enjoyed the customer service and the attention that Blake and the staff gives . They were very professional . They got me in on a Saturday appointment and I really appreciate your service.. Thanks Dr. Johnson for working with the staff to get my prescriptions, correct.

Stopped in for frame repair while visiting from out of town and greeted with smiles, courtesy and professionalism. The staff was totally adoptable ans and it felt like visiting family. The frames were damaged beyond repair but the manager found a temporary fix till we can make it home. Much appreciated!!!!
