Had cataract surgeries with Dr Huang. My neighbor is a OR nurse who works at Atrium where Dr Huang operates. She told me Dr Huang is the best cataract surgeon she had ever worked with. At presurgery screening, Dr Huang asked me a few questions regarding my life style, what I do at work and what I enjoy at my spare time. I was able to make a decision about which lens implants to choose. I felt Dr Huang genuinely cares about delivering best outcomes. Her surgery scheduler Brianna was fantastic in communicating all the questions I had. I am so happy with my vision and I have never seen so well since I was 5th grade! Way to go Dr Huang! Highly recommended!

Dr. Schotthoefer was very caring and professional. She made me feel a lot better about my situation. When I got in the car, I told my son she was so nice and really cared. Thank You Dr. Schotthoefer.

I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen, which was great because this was my first visit with my daughter. Dr S was very friendly and handled my baby with care. Great job getting her eyes checked!!

We have been patients of Dr Schotthoefer for 3 years now. She is amazing with my daughter and extremely knowledgeable. I trust her judgement and appreciate her thoroughness.

Dr. Herb Greenman; first I'll say "what a pleasant & pleasing personality he has!" He truly made my cataract surgery amicable and easygoing. Each & every office visit for postoperative follow ups was very proficient and he answered every questions I had, even the simplest ones! Dr. Herb Greenman (in my new eyes) is my "HERO" who made such an improvement in my "quality of Life!" God bless him and I truly thank him....The office staff was always accomodating and very professional & pleasant. They are the best Dr.'s and staff that I've experienced here in Charlotte!..."Hats off to Dr. Herb Greenman and his staff & I would recommend them to anyone!"

Excellent Doctor, we come from Greenville SC to see him, I have had cataract surgery in one eye so far. I am allergic to dilation and other meds, so I needed someone who could help me. Very caring and professional, and a busy practice. Coming back for the other eye in 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

Greenman and Associates are indeed a good family practice. They provide a comprehensive evaluation and medical treatment. In addition they are much concerned about your emotional welfare and how you are treated with them. They have provided services for me for over 10 years and my vision continues to get better every day. I would recommend them for evaluation as well as treatment. They are quickly to respond to any needs that you may have.

Tammy Hawks is fine but her staff need serious customer service improvement. Robin the optician couldn’t (more like wouldn’t) fix expensive glasses I bought there that she messed up. Got them fixed for free at Kevin’s eyeglass repair (great place!). Also the tech who is fluent in Spanish refused to speak Spanish for a Spanish speaking customer. Really?!

My family and I have been a patient here for 5 years and despite moving to Mountain Island, I still continue to come and see Dr. Hawks. However, today I received the worst customer service. The young lady said "since you all are early for appointment you will have wait in your call and I will call you!" Okay no problem b/c I understand with COVID it is protocol, however she never calls us. So, after waiting 15 minutes after my schedule time, I go back in. Low and behold an empty waiting room and she quickly puts her mask on and say " we behind!". It's 90 degrees outside and my car has neen running for 40 minutes and you couldn't offer us a seat in the waiting room. I try to support small business but slack staff makes it hard.

I have been a patient for a few years and spent hundreds of dollars on glasses here. I've recently moved out of state, and needed my prescription information. The glasses I got in April have broken - AGAIN - and as I am a proofreader and virtually blind, I needed to order new glasses online so I could get them quickly. I called the office and they happily sent me my prescription info, but of course left out the PD, because that's the key to making customers buy glasses in-house. I understand this is a business and they need to make money, but even after I explained that I am out of state and unable to come in to have the measurement performed for $30, they still wouldn't budge. From what I understand, a person's PD doesn't change, so I verified that they do indeed have the information on my record. She said that they do, but they just don't give that information out unless you get the $30 exam. They have their rules, but I'm just extremely disappointed that they won't go a little above and beyond for a patient who really needs help quickly. It's even more upsetting that a lot of places won't even do the individual exam, so this information is even harder to obtain. Doctors withholding your own medical information from you for the purpose of profit is legal, but highly unethical.

Dr. Cerenzie is a blessing in my life. Dealing with Keratoconus it is very hard finding a doctor that understands my struggles. She takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered and she is so caring! By far she is the best doctor I have encountered. Thank you for what you do because you truly impact people lives!
