Eye Care Leaders should be embarrassed at the product and service they deliver. If you're looking for a software provider, please look elsewhere. There system constantly crashes, and you're unable to access your patient files for days and weeks. The 1 star review is generous. We now have been locked out of our system for 5-days and it took 5-day to speak with someone to find out what was going on. Then we were told, we would just simply have to wait. Seriously???

Both Dr McKee and his associate were great. Sarah Smith saw me 1st to see Tina’s me. After a brief talk vicious nice lady took a couple of Pics my retinas. They decided that I should see Dr Farr for further care of my iretinas. I was very pleased with my visit with them .

Dr. McKee was very pleasant and efficient. My 7 year old daughter was a little anxious/nervous about the appointment, but he was very kind and made her feel comfortable.

Great visit! Was nervous but everyone on time, Dr. Saltzman was efficient & careful explaining the eye laser procedure. Went well & quickly with no pain. Really happy to have found this Dr. And truly appreciate his skill & kindness in helping ensure my eyesight remains good!

Last minute appointment accomplished with an early morning call to the answering service and call back by scheduler for an acute problem The process was seamless and everyone was most pleasant and efficient including the operator, scheduler, front desk registrar, and medical assistant. Dr Saltzmann was most personable and thorough and explained everything including findings, diagnosis and treatment I was in and out in 30 minutes. The whole experience could not have been better!

I was greeted at check in with a smile and a few laughs ! It took less than a minute. My wait for the Dr was maybe five minutes. The technician that worked with me first was extremely knowledgeable , answered questions and was a joy to talk with The doctor then came in to finish my evaluation Again assured me of what was happening with my vision. He was sharp and explained what I needed to do clearly Just can’t get better than that !

I had a great experience with Dr. Huang. She was very caring and thorough in her approach. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. Even when I was just supposed to wait for healing after my cataract surgery, she made sure to see me and put me at ease. Her staff is also very efficient and friendly, and they respond quickly to any questions. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better group of professionals. They are all top-notch.

Everything from the moment I arrived to completion was positive as it relates to this experience. The Doctor explained everything to me prior to moving forward, and my test came back positive! Additionally, everyone who worked with me walked really fast, so I had to keep up! But even that was good for me because it kept me moving right along. Lastly, I don't have glacoma so what I feared wasn't an issue!
