I just have to say Dr. Gaskins is the only eye doctor I will go to. He is an amazing knowledgeable professional. My prescriptions have always been perfect & he makes sure all my eye care needs are met at 110%. I feel confident in my trust with him and his staff members that are all so very nice. As always, I had a pleasant eye exam experience and the Visionworks next door is very convenient with very helpful & attentive associates. Thank you all so much! Samantha Godfrey

Dr. Gaskins is one of the finest doctors I have seen. He is professional, patient, and very informative. He takes the time to answer my questions and is patient enough to explain to me (in verbiage that I understand) what is going on with my eyes. He gave me a couple of contacts to try and then filled my prescription after I told him which was most comfortable. Fantastic experience every time.

The staff at building A & C are great. They really take care of you. From the office staff to the nurses and their technicians. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I have seen Dr. Handler is great. He helped me with a major issue on a Saturday when I had to be seen in the ER, and he opened his office for me. Also, Dr. Robinson is a great doctor, and he performed both cataract surgeries for me. The hardest one was at the hospital surgery center, and the other was at their on-site surgery and laser center. Both were done between August and September of 2023. I will always use these doctors for my eye care needs.

My toddler had an appointment with Dr. Sandra Brown that was unable to be completed. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, but Dr. Brown made no attempt to make my child feel comfortable enough to be examined. She didn't speak directly to my child a single time, didn't smile or soften her tone around my child, and just stared at my screaming toddler in between waving lights and popsicle sticks in her face. Maybe other children aren't as bothered by Dr. Brown's lack of awareness, but mine require a level of attention and care that won't be found in her office. I wish I had read more reviews before subjecting my child to this experience because there are plenty that would have warned me, but I learned my lesson the hard way and absolutely won't be returning here.

The doctors and medical staff are really good. I have been seen by Dr. Cole, Dr Handler, and Dr Hasson. All are exceptionally good. I am satisfied with the eyecare I received. The nursing and staff are friendly and helpful. That's the important things. Otherwise, the facility is large and oddly laid out. The parking lot is sufficient, but you might have to walk a bit to reach the lobby during busy times. There is a covered drop-off for patients who need it. The lobby is small and cramped. The telephone auto attendant is extremely annoying. Sometimes an in-checker lady can be unwelcoming and gruff.

Dr. Anthony was so amazing. He was full of excellent information. As well as very nice and funny! I have already been telling others about this practice and will continue. Thank you again! Oh, and the girls at the front were so sweet and awesome as well

Visionworks has the best customer service and selection. I’ve been going to Visionworks for my eye glasses for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. I especially like the special promotions they run, and their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The turn-around time is 2 weeks or less, which is great.

Had a great experience at VisionWorks at Randolph Road location. The staff is highly professional and respectful. Had a great interactive experience with them. Highly recommended location.

Terrible!!! My daughter was scheduled for a procedure before Thanksgiving which required a one week recovery. We cancelled trips & get-togethers, stocked up on supplies & cancelled our Thanksgiving celebrations to prepare. Unfortunately, the staff decided to remove my daughter from the surgery schedule to take half the day off before the holidays and NO ONE contacted me to let me know or reschedule the procedure. I had to call the office 5 TIMES and spoke with 7 different people before they finally admitted to removing her from the schedule. Safe to say, I wasn’t comfortable rescheduling after that. I prefer my doctors office’s to be a little more organized…

The reason for two stars is Dr. Silver is an AMAZING doctor, and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a otolaryngologist. Dr. Silver deserves 7 out of 5 starts. The front desk however, lack professionalism, indifferent to the patient’s requests and lack the ability to communicate— for example, I have called 4 times and leaving messages requesting to change a referral for my mother’s PET scan in order to start her cancer treatment. Nothingggg!! No call back. No email. No text message. NOTHING. Not even an eff you! I have called several times within business hours but NO ONE answers, and it’s evident they don’t care that it’s holding up my mother’s cancer treatment.

The people there are really nice. I get weekly allergy shots, and all the technicians are awesome they always find a way to make the shots not hurt. They are overall just great workers who seem like they love thier job.
