Dr Corcoran was very thorough and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed and he took time to answer questions. Everyone was wonderful from the man that checked me in, the girl who started my exam and the woman who helped me select my frames.

I have been a patient in excess of 20 years, starting with a work injury. Always a friendly and courteous staff. There are times the doctor runs behind due to emergencies as with any medical practice. All in all, very satisfied.

This is our first appointment for eye exams with Dr. Nguyen, and she is amazing! Appreciate her patience with the kiddos and making them feel comfortable throughout the exams.

The dr was great but i was mislead because I thought I could get my glasses within an hour. Instead I paid 140$ for an eye exam under that impression, just to be told no because they only have basic lenses. I was mislead while they knew that I have bad nearsighted vision and my current glasses were ruined in a fire.

Excellent staff and doctor! Quick appointment and took me on time. They unfortunately did not take my insurance anymore but the price was very reasonable and they gave an itemized receipt to submit to my insurance to see if I could be reimbursed. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Machan as well as the entire staff who cared for me on a moments notice was so efficient and caring for my emergency request to be seen this morning. Many exams were done, and I left with a feeling of being well cared for with no vision problems. The kind, fast attention made me feel well cared for. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent eye care, THANK YOU, Century staff. I'm grateful. Ginny Hummell

Recently had cataract surgery by Dr Patel. It was very successful. Dr Patel explained everything. The surgical department was wonderful. The nurse explained what to do before surgery and what to expect after. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend Tri-Century to family and friends.

This office is usually busy but not overly so. The day we came for my husband’s appointment however, the office was unusually crowded and the doctors running behind. We had to wait a long time but when we finally were called, we were initially attended to by Rachel, and remarkable assistant with an amazing way of dealing with people and her job, making both look easy, comfortable, and friendly. My husband and I have been patients at this organization for several decades and never, and I mean never, have we had the experience of being helped and treated by a person as kind, as efficient, as focused on making sure each of us understood what she was doing, why, and how to follow her instructions….all done with unparalleled caring. It was obvious Rachel knew exactly what she was doing, yes, but it was more obvious and to us, just as important, that she was taking the time to make sure we were not treated as part of a set of chores . We felt seen, heard, cared about. And yes, the level of this set of interactions was so head and shoulders above all of the other fine care we have received from technicians over these many years, that we strongly believed we had to write it up. She is a gift….I hope the whole organization knows it and appreciates her. Thank you, Rachel for treating us as special and deserving of care and respect, no matter how quickly things had to happen!

The doctors are great. HOWEVER, check your Medicare statement against any statements they send you. I was billed for two separate dates of service after my medicare statement said that I may NOT be billed more than they paid. Additionally, I was quoted the price of $1,000 for an astigmatism lens while having cataract surgery. Once at the surgical tee, I was charged an additional $500 before they would do the surgery.
***Follow up: After I contacted Center for Advanced Eye Care about being billed after Medicare said I shouldn’t be, they immediately refunded the money I was erroneously billed for. They were quite apologetic. I usually shred my Medicare statements without looking at them. I’ll never make that mistake again!

The entire staff of Buck's County Eye Associates could not have treated me any better. They were friendly, efficient and really knew their jobs. Doctor Pendse did my eyes with corrective lenses and I could not be any happier!! No need for glasses anymore. He did the surgery at Tri County Surgery Center and the staff there was also excellent! Thank you all!

Yesterday I went to the Eye Associates of Bucks County for a blurred vision issue. I was very concerned. because I had never experienced anything like this before. Despite my short notice and her busy schedule, Dr. Sui made room for me. She listened to my problem description attentively and patiently. She checked my vision. She exhibited a high level of professionalism and knowledge as she explained to me what I was experiencing in a very understandable way. Finally, she gave me a game plan to solve my problem quickly and safely.
Dr. Sui is intelligent, knowledgeable and has great communications skills. She gave me a plan to help me and my vision been getting better by the hour. Many thanks. I’m really relieved.
