This place is awful. The front desk lady was very nice and empathetic. That was literally the only good thing about the visit. Every member of the staff that I interacted with (besides front desk) was condescending and dismissive. I understand that they were busy, but I was left alone for over half an hour in an exam room with no explanation. Dr Borkar told me that you should always expect to be there between 2-3 hours. The exam was quite painful as well. If you're referred here for a retinal specialist, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The doctors and staff here provide outstanding care and treatment. Drs Asrani and Boehlke are experts in their respective fields and may be the very best in the triangle area.

I had my cataract surgery by Dr. Boehlke . It was wonderful! No glasses anymore. Several years later now had to get a check-up. Still 20-20 vision. Great follow-up! The office staff are wonderful, each and every one of them. Highly recommend this group!

Dr. Monica Ma is awesome, she see here patients like her own.. we had to take a 3rd opinion for our 4 yrs old and she was so diligent and performed various tests to determine his exact power.. They have a nice new office which is spacious and well maintained/equipped.. there is always someone to help you.. The only issue is they dnt have a wide variety of frames for toddler.. also they have limited sizes and types.. if you like a frame and size is not available they are not able to order too.. they shld change this.. Other places are able to order, if they dnt have in stock.. Otherwise staff are very helpful & friendly..

My first time at Parkside Eye Care today was wonderful experience. Friendly front desk staff, barely five minute wait to be brought back, modern equipment for pre-testing by technician, and Dr. Chen was thorough, kind, and professional. The optical department had a great variety of frames and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything. The optician gave great advice and took her time with me but never rushed me to choose something. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses! Being an optometrist myself I appreciate the quality of the exam and experience here at Parkside.

The office is modern and very welcoming. All staff were kind and professional. Dr. Chen was the most attentive eye physician I have ever had. She explained everything with care and efficiency, was very kind and answered all my questions. Would HIGHLY recommend. Saima was also FANTASTIC at helping me find the perfect pair of glasses with the patience of a saint. She made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to take my time. She had great recommendations too. I am very impressed with Parkside.

I have been coming to this practice for many years, and am consistently pleased. I see Dr. David Weitz and trust him greatly… He is very knowledgeable, affirming, friendly, and extremely helpful. I sense that he knows his patients well. All the current staff members with whom I interact are also great. I am forgetting his name, but the technician I have seen recently is one of the best.

I've been seeing Dr. Manton for at least seven years. She is wonderful - easy to talk to, friendly, supportive, answers all questions and helpfully explains everything. I have great confidence in her care. The optical shop has always done a great job making my glasses and assisting with adjustments whenever i need them.

What a wonderful experience-I have been coming here for years and they have never disappointed. Staff is so very friendly-made the experience seamless and easy. I saw Dr. Covey this time, who was excellent, but all doctors here are amazing. Definitely schedule an appt here!

Easy to get an appointment, I love the way that Dr Norville explains everything to me. She is very thorough, and has a great personality. Would highly recommend!
