Dr Rosenthal is knowledgeable, caring and truly invested in his patients. His entire staff ( I was with Megan yesterday) works tirelessly to make sure that every patient is completely satisfied. We have been patients at this office over 30 years and highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr Robert Rosenthal for decades. I was exceptionally pleased with Dr Lynch the new partner of the practice. I am very pleased with the new partnership.

This is a great practice. All questions are answered. The exams are very thorough. Everyone treats you kindly.

Have been a patient of Dr. Schwartz' for many years. The office staff is fantastic and Dr. Schwartz is a phenomenal doctor. Very caring, he spends as much time as necessary, will try contact after contact to get the right one. You will never feel like you are being rushed and the two times that I scratched my cornea, and the one time I woke up with an infection, they got me right in. I couldn't say anything more about how wonderful this office is.

I've been going to Dr. Schwartz for over 30 years! I have always received superb eye treatment from Dr. Schwartz and his entire staff. Everyone on his staff is friendly, professional and interested in me as a patient and an individual. If I have a question they are quick to respond and follow up. I can't ask for a better eye team!

Very happy with my experience here today. Dr. David was extremely on point and assertive, getting me fit for contacts that I can actually see out of (I have a very difficult script to fit for contacts). I left the office with trials and am sitting at my work desk able to see. Front desk was extremely personable and had everything ready when I walked in. Danielle, who was my initial intake staff member was super sweet and knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing during pre-testing. Working my way around to where I picked out frames, Glen and Alexis were very helpful at finding me frames that look great and that I like. Glen was training a sweet young lady, Cierra, and I was amazed at how patient and accommodating they both were. I am excited to get my new glasses and I like the perks with the way they sell contacts purchasing a year's supply, and they offer all kinds of benefits in doing that. I definitely recommend them.

I have now visited Pascarella Eye Care twice, and in both instances I was treated by Dr. Jacqueline Burkhardt. In both cases, I received what I consider to be exemplary service. Dr. Burkhardt listened carefully to my concerns, provided thorough explanations when needed, and in general made me feel cared for. In my opinion Dr. Burkhardt is an incredible asset to the practice, and she is the reason I will continue to be a patron as well as recommend her care to others.

I have been a patient here for about a year with no complaints u til today. I referred my daughter to this practice and she was able to schedule her first appointment for the following Thursday. She told me there was another appointment later that day and if I needed to see the doctor, I should try to do it on that day so she could drive me. I had foot surgery and am in a full cast on my right leg and can not drive. So I called immediately. After explaining my situation to Passerella eye care, I asked if it was possible to have an appointment the same day as my daughter so that I would have transportation. I was told, after being put on hold, that doing that would conflict with scheduled lunch breaks. And that the next available appointment he could offer me would be a month from now. So I called Dr. Rosenthal- (who is also in newtown) and was able to be seen the same day. I work in cardiology, and I can’t imagine, telling a disabled patient that I couldn’t accommodate them. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, just asking to be seen on the same day as my daughter so she could drive me.

I had a very positive experience at Pascarella Eye care with Dr. Burkhardt and the entire staff. I had not been to the eye doctor in 10 years and went for a full eye exam, contact lenses and new glasses. All were covered in one visit! I was given trial pairs of contact lenses to try for a week, chose new frames, and was given a complete exam and recommendations for follow up for a dry eye condition. It was such a thorough and pleasant experience. The office is clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful!

My wife and I have been patients here for over 15 years but plan to find a new practice. Over the last few years we both had visits had with Dr. Benn. She was unprofessional and basically rude. It is a pity because we have had other Dr's there (who left) who were very nice. The eyeglass and contact lens support staff were very helpful.

I had an appointment with a Dr. Singh because I developed some acute floaters in my right eye. When the exam was over, I asked Dr Singh, "Is there any treatment for floaters?" His response - "You just need to learn to live with it." Within five minutes of researching online I discovered that Total Eye care performs vitreolysis, a laser procedure to break up the floaters. I called Total Eye Care on Monday morning, asked to have him get back to me as to why he did not tell me about this procedure. He never returned my call. Tuesday, called again. No return call. Wednesday, called AGAIN, no return call. Why the Dr lied to me is beyond belief. Even if I was not a good candidate for the procedure why would he brazenly lie about it? Why would NO ONE from office get back to me? This is a place to avoid like the PLAGUE.
