My wife and I have been patients here for over 15 years but plan to find a new practice. Over the last few years we both had visits had with Dr. Benn. She was unprofessional and basically rude. It is a pity because we have had other Dr's there (who left) who were very nice. The eyeglass and contact lens support staff were very helpful.

We saw Dr Alley last year for my daughter’s first visit. She was running almost 2 hours late due to some schedule changes she had to make . However, when she came into the room she was unapologetic and very rushed . I don’t mind waiting 2 hours but then I don’t want to be rushed ~ thats not good medicine . It would have been nice if her staff had given a heads up as well about the longer than usual wait . I did want to complain after but it turns out the office manager was the doctor herself ~ another red flag.

Dr. Alley is wonderful! She is kind, experienced, and successfully corrected by double vision! I am so grateful!

After reading rave reviews about Paoli Opticians, I didn’t hesitate to visit the optical shop. Unsurprisingly, I had a wonderful experience with Martin! He was friendly and well-informed! Martin took the time to listen to my issues with my glasses, explained various aspects of vision in understandable language, and fitted my glasses until they were just right. I’ll be sure to return to Paoli Opticians for my next pair of glasses. Now I know why Martin has been in business for so many years! Thank you again, Martin!

I am obsessed with how quick and easy it was to order my glasses! The office was so clean and the people were so nice! Dr. Martin was so helpful when it came to explaining what frames work best for my face and why the blue light filtering was so important to add to the glasses to protect my eyes! I will definitely be going back again!!! (:

Martin is the MAN!!!!! He had stopped in one day at my shop and we got to know one another, but I also had a customer that was an eye doctor and sold glasses as well. So I forgot about MR. Martin, but I ended up getting metal in my eye and went over to Paoli Eye to get it taken out, and when I was there Martin and I got to get together again. I wanted a new pair of glasses and wanted them to match what I already had, well I just got them today and could not be more happy. Very knowledgeable and pricing was very competitive. He has a customer for life with me, I will be telling all my friends and family.

I was examined by Dr Kenney last May 2019. She was great, very friendly & professional, and my eyeglass prescription was perfect. It was a better examination than with other ODs because I can see better! I will return to see Dr Kenney.

Dr.Huang always makes the eye exam a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable and communicative. The rest of the appointment experience was not good. Associates gave me no assistance with picking out frames, spent a great deal of time with my insurance and didn’t explain what they were doing, so no communication— only to tell me Avēsis is not accepted anymore. Thank goodness I had other insurance. For payment, the one associate just sat there waiting. A simple explanation that she was ready to take my card would have been the right approach. I will be going elsewhere to receive better care.

Been going to this practice for years. The staff is always the same, knows me very well and Pete and Dr. Claman are both awesome. I would not trust my eyes to anyone else, ever.

Dr. Claman is excellent, very thorough. Unfortunately I was told on the phone that my insurance would cover the visit but found out when I was there that it did not. That was disappointing.
