Dr. Smithhart, is from the ole school. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough! He’s still writing everything and don’t miss anything! Prices great and service was excellent! Marilyn, his secretary is very knowledgeable, truly enjoyed her bubbly personality! Thanks for helping me pick my new glasses! I think ever Doctor’s office needs a Ms. Marilyn! I would recommend my family and friends to his office!

At Dr. Smithhart office, there is this one lady ... I can not recall her name off the top of my head right now, but she is an African American lady and she always handles me and my family with care.! However, Dr. Smithhart is a nonchalant doctor. I really dont think he understand what I am telling him when I say things to him...and he keeps writing down the same prescription down for both of my eyes when they are not the same. I am currently looking for another doctor at the moment; however, I just wanted the world to know or who ever read the reviews how sweet the African American lady is to me. She is amazing! God Bless her!!

He’s been my family’s eye doctor since forever! I would not trust anyone else to handle my eye care! The receptionist is so sweet and patient! Definitely recommend to all of my friends!

They called me in the middle of the day to inform me that they had scheduled an appointment for me the following morning, (As a referral from another doctor). When I had a moment to sit and review them online I decided I didn’t like the way the reviews sounded and opted not to go. This morning they sent me a text that looked like it was some kind of phishing scheme with bad grammar and abbreviated words. I ignored it and received a call shortly after informing me that I needed to reschedule and also pay them $40 for not cancelling my first appointment 48 hours ahead of time... When they scheduled it for me less than 24 hours before the missed appointment. I cannot trust them and will not go in. Super shady business practice.

They are horrible, they try to rip you off ,they will try to charge you twice & they will tell you lies. My daughter went there & they sent a bill to collection they never did send her a bill, they lied & said they were sending it to an old … More

Dr Herrington was great. Very knowledgeable and talked to me like he truly cared. The front office was very friendly and assisted me with every need and questions.

My wife went from 20/800 vision to blind. Dr Huang performed corneal transplants and cataract surgery on both eyes. Today her vision is 20/20 without glasses. What can i say ?

I always enjoy my visits to Spectacles at The District, across from the new Eudora’s restaurant. The staff is courteous, helpful, and experienced. I was examined by Dr. Nettie Hines, a protégé of the warm and wonderful Dr. Rebecca Cox Patton. I was impressed with Dr. Hines’s competence and bedside manner—Dr. Patton mentored an admirable young physician to carry on the practice. One can safely count on the latest in technology and expertise that this group provides and I remain a very happy patient.
