Was referred to the eye clinic. Couldn’t find my referral. My optometrist’s office had to call and fax again. A week and a half and half of dozen phone calls during which I was told over and over “your referral is processing, check back in a few days”. Today my optometrist received a letter stating they were not taking new patients. My treatment has now been delayed another 2 weeks due to flat out lies by their office. I could have been told that easily the first time I called. Why would you trust an office with your care that can’t be honest and wastes your time, energy and stress?

Billings vision center is such an inviting atmosphere with a very professional, clean, and beautiful office. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this clinic!

I was in town all the way from Houston, when my eyelids started to swell. I googled the closest eye doctor and it turned out to be the perfect one! Ashley scheduled me to come in right away to get checked out. I received amazing customer service from Brianna and Ashley from start to finish. Dr. Hines took really good care of me and called in the right prescription to ease and get rid of my pain. I recommend this location to anyone needing an eye doctor!

Great office. The doctor I saw was nice and did a good job explaining things to me. But the star is the lady at the front desk, super friendly. I lost my prescription and had to call back a couple weeks after my appointment to get a copy emailed to me and she made me laugh on our short phone call. I've quit doctors in the past because of bad front desk staff even if I liked the doctor, but will definitely come back to this office.
