I always have a pleasant experience when I come to this location. The staff is super nice and friendly. And the doctor I see, doctor Whitaker (I think I am misspelling his name), is awesome. He is very very nice, but more importantly, very efficient and knowledgeable about what he is doing. I was having some eye problems and went to see him. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a simple regimen to follow, and the next day, my eyes were feeling and doing much better than it had in about two months, and getting better. Definitely worth visiting.

Making my appointment was such a joy! The young man ( Mr. Dreek ) was very polite, informative and showed concern. He also wished me a Happy early Birthday 🥳 Great job young man on great customer service!! …

James was so helpful and kind! He took care of my sons issue with his glasses with amazing professionalism. We will definitely be back for years to come!

This eyesight clinic was quite unprofessional. I walked in a few days ago and made an appointment for today. When I arrived at the designated time, I was informed that the doctor was not present. When I told them my name, they interrogated me multiple times, as if I was lying about having an appointment today. To cut the story short, Jocelyn did not do her job and did not record my appointment in their system. As a result, when the doctor left for an emergency, everyone who had an appointment today but me was called. So instead of really apologizing, Jocelyn thought it would be a good idea to make silly faces and seem carefree. I will not return to this clinic….EVER!!!!!

Dr. Brown has terrible bedside manner. Saw him for less than 5 minutes for my vision problems. Told me my retinas were good and good luck figuring out what was causing the problem

Very bad customer service

The staff is always very polite and the clinic is always very clean! Dr. Mungan is one of the best in the state! We have been going to him for years and my child loves him. Plus, the office always communicates with my child's other physicians.
