I had a really great experience at Highland Eyecare on 1/27/2023. Their new facility is very nice. The parking was good, even with the huge snow pile up conditions. I love the fact they had their wonderful Optician meet me (I wear full time glasses) during the time my eyes were dilating from drops, so that I could start building a rapport with her. Overall, they were kind, thorough and professional. I’ll get my glasses, I hope, in 10-14 days 🤞🏼

Completed a first-time appointment for my 5-year-old. When I called ahead, I was told they have experience with young kids, the staff stated they felt they could meet our needs and felt it was an appropriate clinic for my child. Our overall experience was very poor. Staff struggled to complete tasks when my child did not know the alphabet and used out of date visuals (i.e. a rotary phone). My child was quite anxious for the duration of the appointment and procedures were not explained to her in a child friendly manner or at all; thus increasing her anxiety. The doctor guessed at her prescription and told me we would just "check back in 6 months and see if she needs a different one". We obtained a second opinion that specialize only in children and had a completely different experience. I would not recommend for young children. I request that the website and staff clearly inform patients of the appropriate age range that are best served and clearly state that this is not a pediatric clinic.

My experience at Pearle vision was wonderful. The doctor was wonderful explain thoroughly and Jennie Was so fun and helping me pick out glasses because I could not make up my mind. We had a lot of laughs. She was wonderful.

Would give zero if I could. The owner dr Parrot would not go through with my eye exam after I began the process because he claimed that he was too distracted and uncomfortable by my covered chest area. Literally disgusting. The woman working behaved beyond disgustingly asking me to cover up my body and telling me that it was a doctors office so my body can’t be showing. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

As a walk-in for new glasses, I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Lyn went above and beyond to help me find just the right frame and lens. The staff at Highland Park Pearle Vision is knowledgeable and caring. I would hands down recommend this location.

Dr. Haverly is one of the best Optometrists I have seen. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She explained things about my eyes/vision that no other eye doctors have done over the 25+ years I have been seeing eye doctors. When my prescription was just right, she made sure I came back in a kept tweaking until I was satisfied. The staff are also great - very response with appointments, insurance and prescription questions.

Just absolutely excellent care. Way better than my last eye doctor, who I felt was just trying to sell me eye drops and fish oil pills. The doctor takes the time to really go over any issues with your eyes with you, and the staff and very helpful and responsive. I’ve been coming here since 2021.

As noted by others, everything is state of the art. The Doctor I saw was really cool and attentive and answered all my questions patiently. The staff was really nice and there was no pressure at all to sell me some glasses. My experience here was top notch and I hope to make Prism my go to for anything eye related. Thank you!!

I decided not to go here anymore. First: I never received a pair of sunglasses I paid for. They didn't offer a refund despite appearing in person and asking them. Now, despite not visiting for a year I am getting repeated robocalls telling me to make an appointment. I called their office to ask them to stop but they haven't. Short review: their customer service isn't the best and they'll harass you to come back.

Andover Optical is friendly and and operates fast and with reliable results. I have been going there for years and Dr Stoltman has been awesome. And the changes to the office in recent months is outstanding, both in the decorating and the overall operation.

My initial visit for my exam was great. Next visit to choose glasses was good. I wish prices were on frames. Pick up was 3 or 4 weeks later. Apparently they had my phone # wrong. I never received an email or call. I called them. They did say they called. Not received. While trying on my glasses, there wasn’t even a mirror at her desk. Odd, I thought. Over all, I would recommend and I will return! Thank you for all your assistance.
