Great experience!

Had a very positive experience. They are a little pricier than a box store optical, but their glasses' quality is vastly superior. Excellent customer service as well.

After moving to Rochester, this optical shop was highly recommend from multiple people I met. I love the atmosphere of the smaller, but very well stocked optical options. I will definitely be coming back for regular eye appointments and glasses selection.

We had an eye emergency on Christmas Eve and Jim was extremely helpful and came to the rescue. We were very grateful for the expertise on our prescription. Jim was busy and multitasking but stayed friendly and I would highly recommend this Target Optical for your needs as we were very impressed and the experience was top notch.

Dr. Braun was extremely kind and through during my eye exam. His office was clean and his staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice guy but gave me the wrong contact prescription twice. After 2 years of pain and eye strain, I finally went for a second opinion and the other OD got me back on track. Wouldn’t go back.
