I am thrilled to share my experience with Jacob, the General Manager at America's Best Eyeglasses. After losing my glasses just a week after purchasing them, I was devastated and unsure of what to do next. However, Jacob went above and beyond to assist me and completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the store, Jacob greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel instantly at ease. He listened patiently as I explained my situation and was very empathetic towards my predicament. Without hesitation, Jacob offered to replace my lost glasses for free, which was an incredibly kind gesture and one that I never expected. Overall, I cannot recommend Jacob highly enough. He truly exemplifies what it means to provide exceptional customer service and made a difficult situation completely stress-free. I am incredibly grateful to him and the team at America's Best Eyeglasses for their kindness and generosity. If you're looking for a top-notch optometrist with outstanding customer service, Jacob and his team are the ones to go to!

The physicians and Staff of Montgomery Eye Care are always on top of their game. Courteous, thorough, and professional.

Excellent healthcare organization. Efficient and kind. The staff is always very professional while making the patient feel comfortable and at ease. All staff members are friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs. Spends the time necessary to fully explain procedures and answer any questions the patient may have. An exceptional organization! Highly recommended!

I just love Dr. Meadows and his staff is wonderful. The new place is very, very nice. Everyone I interacted with - from check-in to check-out couldn't have been nicer and more professional.

I felt compelled to write because the two negative reviews are not at all accurate. Dr Hoffpauir and Dr Bolton are just two great doctors. They treat virtually everything. Both are kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. And I know from working in the industry that their technology is second to none in the area. I wouldn’t go any place else.

Was 3 minutes late and they canceled my appointment! I drove 45 miles only to be told I'd have to reschedule an appointment that took me a month to get. Ridiculous. I will not recommend them at all

Horrible customer service, terrible office staff. Scheduling is nightmarish. Surgeon is unexpectedly retiring for undisclosed reason. Avoid at all costs!

Went for a cataract consult and it was very pleasant! Everyone was so nice! The front desk people were very helpful and Dr Murphy was great. Person that checked me out wasn't very friendly but definitely the best experience at any office in town since I moved here!

The rudest and least helpful place I've ever tried to make an appointment. If you have a single question don't waste your time calling these people. They won't answer it and will put you on hold until you hang up

The entire staff is extremely rude over the phone and not friendly in person either .. from the time they answer the phone cut you off and transfer to greeting and leaving the office is horrible!.. I liked Dr Izer but the rest of the experiences with the staff was the same every time. I had been contemplating transferring but decided to give them one more try to today and the person who answered the phone AGAIN nailed the coffin closed!..

I came to this office earlier this year, they rushed me in and rushed through the appt. Staff was not very friendly. Was made to feel like the last customer holding them up from getting off of work even though they were supposed to be open for another 3-4 hours after my appt. My prescription was backwards and my contacts were blurry. I was told it was my eyes adjusting. It definitely wasn't. I have been to different locations in GA from this same company and had a great experience. So I was excited when I moved to Montgomery and saw there was one here. But I quickly learned that the service here is NOT the same! I Will NOT be back to this office!
