I came here with my significant other to have our glasses adjusted. The two employees present were very welcoming and engaging, understanding what I needed right away. The employee efficiently took my glasses to have the nose pads replaced, deep cleaned my glasses and helped adjust my pair to fit my face perfectly. The other employee graciously aided my significant other to have her sunglasses re-adjusted perfectly to her face. I highly recommend this LensCrafters to anyone who has any needs with their eye wear. The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. Will definitely come here again for future eye wear needs

LensCrafters is excellent. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. My glasses came in super fast. BistLine Vision inside Lenscrafters was also excellent and very accommodating with the best up-to-date technology for eye exams. Dr. Hudson was excellent!

I brought a pair of expensive sunglasses in for a hopeful repair. I was greeted with care, respect, and professionalism. I was told that they would do their best to fix my glasses. Not only were my glasses repaired, but the repairs were on the house. I highly recommend the LensCrafters Jenkintown location and will utilize their services again. Customer for life.

My family has been coming here for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly and Dr. Davis is absolutely the most thorough eye doctor we’ve ever had. She spotted an anomaly in one of my son’s exams that led us down to CHOP and UPENN; the specialist we saw was amazed that a regular eye exam picked up a serious medical condition. Not every eye doctor is as thorough as Dr. Davis, though. She will exhaust all avenues to get to the bottom of a problem; I would not trust my family’s eyes to anyone else.

Was looking to have my eyes examined as I haven't had this done in years. Was debating trying one of the corporate/chain places, but was hoping a private office like this might offer a more thorough examination. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Davis ran an assortment of tests on my eyes, and exceeded my expectations when hoping for "thorough" care. It is clear she is passionate about both her profession and delivering quality care for her patients. HIGHLY recommend!

Had a good time there. Dr Lisa Davis is really nice and the staff seems knowledgeable about insurance. My only complaint is that they can't email me any of the records they created, but I hope they get that system in place soon. The exam was good, friendly, and I'll definetely be coming back next year. Thanks Dr Davis for teaching me that cool trick about my glasses. Since I'm dilated, I can't focus up close, but if I hold my glasses away from me a little, it has a magnifying effect so I can read close things while I'm dilated!

Avoid this office at all cost. The staff is completely incompetent. First, they lost my appointment. After sorting out the appointment issue, I waited 2+ hours. The doctor was running way behind. While I was waiting, the receptionist spent 20 minutes having a pointless conversation about a potential appointment, while ignoring a line of patients forming. I ended up leaving before the doctor could see me, after waiting 2+ hours. Just before my turn, they let an older patient after me go ahead of me. The daughter of the patient kept complaining about the wait. Instead of treating everyone fairly, the staff relented. I finally had enough and left. Don't waste your time.

Take your prescription, if they will give it to you, and run. This is the least professional, rude, overpriced place to buy glasses. Everytime I've given them another chance because I think I've judged them to harshly, they confirm my first opinion. Run away.

Excellent ophthalmologist. Can get Quick appointments and not much wait time. Treats well. His staff are good and friendly.
