I was told I have double vision so the Dr and staff had fixed my glasses perfectly. It is so wonderful to not see double and the glearis gone too, I want to say Thank you so much.

I couldn't leave a negative star so 1 star will have to do. I called to get a lenses put into frames that were purchased at this same location & was told that I had to buy new frames. Because they did not do the eye exam. My script is not a year old & then I was told that I was supposed to get the script filled with 1-2 months. I have never been told that & have worn glasses for almost 40 yrs. When this location shuts down, it won't be too soon. Customer service is non-existent.

I have been going to this place for over 14 years. Small efficient practice. My kids literally grew up going to them. Nice selection of frames.

Customer service here is terrible from the staff; to Mike the front desk receptionist, he has no people skills and is extremely rude & uninformative. I've been coming here for years for the convivence, but this place needs to be shut down. It's very unsanitary, limited on eye wear & VERY unprofessional! Please save you trip & energy.

Great selection of Asian fit glasses and sunglasses! Staff is very polite and helpful! I take my children here as well! Decent selection of children's frames!

Matt and Tim were excellent at fitting and adjusting my glasses and sunglasses and were very helpful when I experienced difficulty adapting to my prescription. Tim also went above and beyond in finding the perfect frames for me. Dr. Small was great and really listened to my concerns about the new issues with my vision as well. I will definitely be back in the future for my next pair of glasses. You can't get this kind of service and quality when purchasing online.

100% recommend - respectful, helpful, and very friendly. My daughter needed her first pair of glasses and Tim couldn’t have done enough to make the process easy and painless. He made my daughter excited and talked directly to her to find the very best pair. We walked out wearing the glasses and feeling confident. Very well run business with extremely friendship staff!

Excellent service! My experience picking out glasses was amazing! From the front desk, to the doctor, to picking out my glasses – everybody was so nice and accommodating. Especially my optician Sheryl took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure that I will find THE perfect pair for me. I highly recommend Visual Eyes! Will definitely be back here for all my vision needs!
