Dr.Abraham is exceedingly competent. He listens intently to his patients and was able to clearly see and explain my presenting eye issue with precision and a refreshing empathy. He is truly top rate. I unequivocally recommend him.

Bob is hands down the BEST optician I’ve ever gone to! I was in the optical business for 15 years, I’ve had glasses made by many different Opticians and I thought they were fine.. until I went to Bob. Some how my lenses are always much thinner and lighter, I can always see perfectly the moment I put the new glasses on my face, never any distortion. They’re just always spot on!! Bob has a great attention to detail! He also has a great selection of frames! And he is just a pleasure! You will never go to anyone else once you go to Bob at EMA Opticians!

I have gotten two pairs of glasses at E.M.A opticians so far and I can confidently say that I will never be going anywhere else. Not only does E.M.A have high quality products, but the customer service is personalized and comforting unlike common chain eyewear stores. The owner, Bob, has a true gift as he picked out the perfect frame shape and style for my face within minutes.

During my time here, the optician, Joe was extremely helpful. I haven't gotten new lenses in a while, so it's time for an upgrade. Joe answered all my questions and gave great recommendations such as a more flexible frame since I play sports or suggesting anti-glare for driving at night. He even helped me as much as he can for the overall pricing. Once I finish everything on my end, will definitely come back for the glasses.

I just had my first Light-Adjustable-Lens (LAL) Surgery for Cataracts on one eye. I can not express the excitement I felt seeing immediately. Dr. Neil Farbman, MD, is fantastic. I cannot give enough praise for all of the Staff at the Eye Surgery Center. Upon entering the Eye Surgery Center you are greeted with a smile and very courteous demeanor from the patient advocates. Being taken to the back for surgery the Nurses were all very friendly and very proficient. I have difficulties when putting in an intervenus line. The nurse, Mary Ann, a young and extremely patient nurse took so much care locating a vein and inserting the needle. I was extremely grateful. I felt no pain and absolutely no bruising. My experience there was 5 star. I am thankful that All of the Staff care so much for All of their patients, from a nurse passing by wrapping me in a warm blanket to everyone asking how I was doing every step of the way. Thank you !! Thank you !! Well done !!

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Diane my nurse who prepared me for my surgery and was with me during the surgery as well, yesterday. She is very skilled and was really kind, caring, and compassionate to me. I really appreciated you, Diane! Even the receptionist who checked me in was very polite and friendly. It is a great facility. Thank you for the conveniences and for the great experience.

My wife just had some cosmetic surgery at this facility. When we first arrived at pre-op, she was given a gown that would not close on the sides, fully exposing her. It was a defective gown. When she questioned the nurse, she was told that's all that was available and they were out of gowns. When she insisted, the nurse went and got the gown off the next pre-op bed, that was prepared for another patient. and placed the other gown on the next bed, which my wife had already put on and taken off. Then the most disgraceful part was that the facility did not have any surgical under garments. My wife has had a couple other similar surgeries before, where she was given surgical under garments and handled with dignity. This surgery was a revision of a previous one, namely in the same exact area. White both previous times having been given surgical clothing at other facilities, this time she was told to have no clothing whatsoever under her gown before going into the O.R. She was never handled so indignantly in previous surgeries that were performed on the same exact area. She was seconds away from cancelling the procedure on the spot. Lastly, two days after the surgery she developed bilateral atelectasis, because the facility neglected to send her home with a spirometer. They were so fast to get her out of there after having been under general anesthesia for 4.5 hours, they didn't even make her drink or eat something before pushing her out the door. Stay away from this facility!

I’ve been a patient here for a few years and have found that each time I go, my experience is worse than the last time. I find that clinicians do not truly care about patients and there are never appointments available. If you have any unique eye conditions/require unique lenses, I would not recommend coming here. I will say, the optician who helped me order glasses was great, but the ophthalmology staff were not. The front desk staff are also pretty rude.

Experience began by not being acknowledged or asked to sit down. ( I stood the entire time) After I explained what I needed I was asked if I purchased the glasses there ( I had). Without looking up, he searched the computer. made a phone call, and told me the frames were 6 years old and could not be fixed. I then explained they had been fixed there before, but he indicsted nothing he could do and handed me my glasses barely looking at me. In addition to Frank's poor attitide...He did absolutely nothing to see if there was anything else he could do OR try to sell me a new pair of glasses...which I probably would have bought...Worst customer service EVER. Customer of Penn Optical for many years...now reconsidering and will no longer recommend.

We have been patients here for a few years and I have to say the care is top notch and the staff professional and knowledgeable. All of the products they sell, they stand behind, and the workmanship and care given is better than many other optical shops. The doctors are top of their field and the opticians equally as skilled.
